At the request of Esquire, an expert at the forensic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel Igor Ignatiev, assessed the skill of underground gunsmiths in the homemade sawn-off saws, pistols and revolvers seized from criminals.

A submachine gun made by craftsmen in the early nineties at the Kiev plant "Arsenal". Excellent quality: stock, fuse, fire translator from automatic to single, built-in silencer. There is even a shot rate slower.

The trim from which Serial killer Anatoly Onoprienko shot almost all of his victims. Redesigned from an 80s hunting rifle stolen from a rural relative. Classic for close combat, far from it is of little use: due to the shortened barrel, the shot flies to the sides.

A poorly thought-out design that was supposed to be a submachine gun. Literally crumbles to pieces when you take it in your hands. The designer was clearly limited in materials at hand and had a poor command of technology. The magazine is too large: it needs a very strong spring, otherwise the last cartridge is guaranteed to jam.

Not a bad idea, but poor execution. The muffler will definitely not work. The store is held by questionable screws and rivets. However, it is felt that the author thought a lot, showed ingenuity and was on the right track. Correct - in terms of design, not how he was going to use the result.

Submachine gun. The author decided to bring a lot of his ideas to the arms business. For the ejection of spent cartridges, a separate element has been created here, similar to the one in the Maxim machine gun. But, unfortunately (or fortunately), this device does not work. There is a lot of welding in it, the parts are roughly processed. We tried to launch it, but we could not - it is not completely clear even how exactly it should shoot.

The Chechen Borz is a simple but effective weapon. Made, as far as I know, at a cannery. Judging by serial numbers, several thousand of them were made. The barrel is of poor quality, a bullet was often stuck in it, so it can be unscrewed and inserted another. In Ukraine, such submachine guns were most seized in Odessa, Donetsk and Chernivtsi regions, where Chechen criminal groups operated.

An early Borza model made in an obscure civilian factory. A sample of the first war in Chechnya. In the second, they already used professional weapons of a completely different level.

Armenian submachine gun K6-92 from the early nineties and civil war in Nagorno-Karabakh. Borza prototype, comfortable guerrilla weapon, which is effective not in an offensive or defensive battle, but when you need to stealthily approach, "uncover", shoot and leave. In Ukraine, about 800 such units were seized.

A creatively rethought Mosin rifle, or simply a sawn-off shotgun. Homemade wire stock, stock, front sight at the end of the barrel. The classic criminal weapon for concealed carry - and then the barrel was shortened.

Revolver, confiscated from criminals from Nikolaev, who were engaged in robberies, robberies and murders in the late nineties. Very well done. Trigger mechanism works easily, high-quality rifling in the barrel.

Revolver with a long barrel and a convenient line of sight. Completed on high level... You can shoot from it at a decent distance, although it is more effective to use it in close combat. This is a compact caliber. 22 (5.6 mm), so the drum is designed not for the classic six, but for ten rounds.

Rough imitation of a Makarov pistol (PM). There is no fuse, the case is held by screws. But visually, the copy looks very good: in the dark or from afar it can be mistaken for a PM.

Outwardly - an imitation of the Austrian Glock pistol, in fact - a single-shot weapon designed for a .22 caliber cartridge. The author tried, but the result looks pretty funny. Although, if you shoot from it, it will not be laughing, but the work is still clumsy.

Handle-pistol (pistol of simplified design). It works like this: you load a cartridge, manually pull the shutter lever, release - there is a shot. The sleeve must also be removed by yourself. A very dangerous thing for a shooter: if you don't remove your finger from the bolt in time, you can lose it.

Pistol grip with grip for convenience. The barrel is rifled, but there is no sense in this: the rifling is made to stabilize the bullet in flight, and even theoretically it is not far from this design to shoot.

Looks scarier than it really is. The dimensions are impressive, and there is only one cartridge and is manually loaded. Perhaps, initially the author planned to make a pistol of caliber .38, but then he put the barrel under the cartridges .22, which were at hand. I painted it, put my soul into it.

It looks rich, there are many markings: some numbers, a stamp in the form of a crown, the inscriptions "Aleco" and "1969". Made with a factory claim, and well done. Visually imitates the P38 Walther.

Self-loading pistol "under the Browning". Very competent execution. They clearly worked on this specimen for a long time - there is even an underbarrel spring, which is for self-made samples very rare... Fundamentally no different from real weapons.

Old fashioned model. The charges are prepared by hand from gunpowder, wad and bullet: the author did not have modern cartridges, only components, so he began to create. It takes several minutes to reload such a weapon, so it is not suitable for military operations, but rather for a hooligan hop-stop.

Hello dear lovers of homemade weapons. By visiting this page, you probably expected to see information on making homemade air rifle? I have to upset you - there is no one here now. No, of course, it was before, and we talked in detail about how it was possible to make an air rifle with our own hands at home, but, as always, unexpectedly, unexpectedly, a notification came from Roskomnadzor, demanding to immediately delete all information on the manufacture of an air rifle from our website. Frankly, I was somewhat surprised by this requirement. After all, pneumatics has nothing to do with the prohibited in Russian Federation, making homemade firearms and explosives. Although, maybe I missed something? And now even homemade pneumatics have fallen under the category of prohibited information? It seems that the fight against terrorism has gone beyond rationality, and takes the form of absurdity.

More recently, I had to delete my homemade flamethrower information. Well, it can somehow be explained. After all, the combustible mixture used in the flamethrower can be completely bottled by making a battery of "Molotov cocktails". I did not find any more reasons why it would be worth deleting this information. Okay, let it be that the flamethrower itself is terrible weapon terrorist, which he will definitely use after reading my instructions, instead of, say, a home-made bomb, or a Kalashnikov assault rifle, so I deleted everything without any questions. But pneumatics! Whom did she interfere with? Honestly, it's easier to kill from the air rifle design described on this site.

I expressed my bewilderment in a letter to Roskomnadzor, but I have not received an answer yet. Revision of the court's decision, you need to wait three months. If, after this time, they decide that the home-made design of an air rifle is oh-oh-very dangerous for publication, then, to my deep regret, you will continue to read these lines.

Well, for now, Dear friends, you may be interested in other designs of cold and cold throwing weapons by clicking on the links below, or by pointing the cursor to the corresponding button at the top left.

Many men love spearfishing. But due to the high cost, not everyone succeeds in making their dreams come true. How to be in this situation? It's very simple: you can try to make this weapon yourself. Of course, this is not so easy and you will have to try, acquire the necessary parts, and most importantly, have patience and desire.

DIY spearfishing gun

For beginners there is a simple instruction that everyone can handle.

What is needed to make a homemade underwater gun with your own hands:

  1. The sleeve is playing important role in the direction. It can be made of stainless steel or duralumin.
  2. Harpoon. To make it you need a steel bar.
  3. Trunk. It will require steel, brass.
  4. Action spring. You will need a wire with a diameter of 1.6 millimeters.
  5. Piston. It requires stainless steel.
  6. Clip. It is made of stainless steel or brass no more than one millimeter thick.
  7. Hook. It can be cut out of stainless steel or brass.

How to make a spear gun

In order to make a homemade spearfishing gun, you need adhere to the following sequence.

First you need to tackle the spring. Because it is an important part of the weapon. To make it, you need skills or you can turn to a turner for help.

If you decide to make it yourself, then you need to follow these rules:

  • It is done using a special lathe;
  • Then you need to heat treatment;
  • Then you need to cover it with a special layer that will prevent it from rusting over time.

How long this part will be will depend only on the size of the barrel. The spring is usually made 25 centimeters longer than the barrel itself.

Then you need to move on to making the barrel itself. A ski pole is suitable for him. The trunk should be about 65-75 centimeters long.

Barrel manufacturing steps:

After that, you can proceed to the manufacture of the handle. This will require two plates.

Stages:

  • The plates must be clamped into the pieces and drilled holes that will be equal to the diameter of the barrel;
  • After that, using a file, you need to cut out two halves;
  • Next, you need to drill holes where the following parts will be inserted: spring, screws and fuse, sear;
  • And now you need to connect the parts of the handle with screws.

Let's move on to the harpoon. In order to make it, you need a stainless steel, 6 millimeters thick. For cushioning, a bushing with a liner is used, which is attached along the harpoon. You can fix the finished harpoon using tails without sharp edges. This is necessary in order not to damage the fish.

Now you need to make the last detail is a line spreader... It must be cut out of steel and attached to the plug with two screws.

Well, you've learned how to make a homemade spearfishing gun at home.

This type of weapon for hunting differs from others in its compactness. The spring is in the middle of the weapon in a stretched state, due to which it throws out the harpoon, that is, it activates it.

The advantages of such a weapon:

Minuses:

  • very noisy;
  • the spring squeaks when fired.

To reduce this noise, you need to wipe the handle with glycerin.

How to make a harpoon with your own hands

The harpoon is the main detail. Without it, even an experienced fisherman will not be able to catch a single fish. Many fishermen prefer to make it on their own rather than buy it in stores. Moreover, it is very simple to make it.

To make it you will need the following details:

  • steel wire;
  • synthetic rope;
  • thick stick;
  • necessary tools;

It is necessary from steel wire, with a diameter of four or five millimeters, cut into pieces of 25 centimeters. The end of each piece must be bent at a right angle, departing from the edge about six millimeters. And the other end must be flattened with a hammer and filed. You need to file until the end resembles a hook. You need to make a hole in the prepared stick. Insert the back end there and wrap the rope around this place to secure it.

Now you know how to make a harpoon at home for hunting.

Homemade products for spearfishing

Homemade fins.

To make fins you will need:

Manufacturing steps:

  1. You need to draw a rectangle corresponding to the length of your foot, plus two centimeters. The width of the rectangle should be twice as wide as the foot. Use scissors to cut the resulting pattern.
  2. Now we need to draw the fold line. To do this, put your foot on the resulting pattern so that the heel protrudes by half. Then circle the leg again and bend the corners at the intersection points. The lines must be straight. Where the heel is, the fold will be large, and very small near the toes.
  3. Take the prepared rubber and draw two of the same rectangles with the designation of the fold lines. The rubber must be cleaned with sandpaper.
  4. Give the flippers the desired shape. To do this, they need to be bent along the lines upwards, after cutting through the rubber a little.
  5. Take your camera and cut two strips. In length, they should be five centimeters longer than the foot, and the width should be about ten centimeters. The resulting segment must be sewn to the side folds. Then you need to cut off two more strips five centimeters long and three centimeters wide and sew them to the folds from the heel side. The resulting fins should firmly grip the leg and not fly off.

DIY pneumatic weapons

Pneumatic device very easy to do. We only need the necessary parts from the machine.

Assembly sequence:

  • remove the barrel;
  • attach the clip, stepping back 4 centimeters;
  • install sear;
  • fix the cleaning rod near the clip.

The pneumatic hunting weapon is ready!

Every self-respecting country that wants to have weight on the world stage spends almost the lion's share its budget for the development of the military-industrial complex. Target factories are being built, new ultra-modern types of weapons are being developed. However, effectively destroy combat forces the enemy can be done in another way - using homemade weapons... This, of course, is not so effective, but it works great in a guerrilla war. And it is about homemade weapons we'll talk today.

1. Pit trap

Perhaps the most primitive example of homemade weapons. The soldier does not see the pit, falls into it, runs on stakes or thorns, loses combat effectiveness. What could be easier? Even ancient and primitive hunters used pit traps for hunting wild and large animals. But people are much smarter than animals, so the main problem is effective masking of such pits. Best example tactics of using this homemade weapons showed us.

For those who do not know - Vietnam War, in which licensed democracy peddlers massively sucked from the half-savage Vietnamese people, partly sponsored by The Soviet Union... The very conditions of Vietnam completely neutralized the fierce superiority of the democratizers in armored vehicles and aviation, and the American infantry, as you know, sucks without support. And then she sucked especially hard - the jungle, high humidity, regular flooding of the territory, tropical diseases, mosquitoes, poor mobility - all this played against them. And then there are the evil Vietnamese, to whom "democracy" did not give up at all and who made life difficult with all their might American army... And it's not even about classic guerrilla tactics, speech and "quiet" war.

The fact is that digging holes in the ground, sticking them with smeared stakes, sorry, shit, and waiting for the water to fill them itself is as easy as shelling pears. And the soldier, who is blindly wandering along the half-flooded path discovered with such difficulty, will clearly not be happy to fall through and run into these surprises with all his weight. There is also a more complicated option - in addition to stakes at the bottom, spikes were installed on the sides, directed diagonally downward. If a soldier tried to pull his leg out, he would also run up against these thorns. And a very difficult option - two logs, studded with nails. The soldier steps on their joint, falls down, the drums rotate, the nails are stuck ...

2. Molotov cocktail

it homemade weapon has already become a classic for most modern riots. This is because it is extremely simple.

The first before this effective means the destruction of manpower and armored vehicles came up with hot Finnish guys during Soviet-Finnish war 1939-1940. And it was they who called these cute bottles "Cocktail for Molotov", since Comrade Molotov was at that time the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and was, in principle, responsible for unleashing the war.

However, this has homemade weapons and obvious shortcomings... First and foremost, a set on fire unmasks a soldier, putting his life in jeopardy. The solution was found with the help of chemistry - a mixture of some chemical substances ignite on contact with air, so the ampoule with reagents began to be simply put into bottles with Molotov cocktail.

3. Samopal

Or in other words - homemade firearms ... To be honest, it is worthy of a separate article - so many different options have been invented, created and tested by local "kulibins" of various nationalities. So for now we will stop at the very simple version- samopale type "ignition".

According to modern weapons classification, this is a single-shot pistol of the ramrod type. That is, the charge and the bullet are laid from the muzzle hole. V opposite side, respectively, there is a hole in the igniter. A metal tube acts as a barrel, which is attached to a makeshift buttstock. Direct ignition of the charge is carried out either manually or using a trigger.

Despite the extremely simple principle, this homemade weapon pretty effective. At close range, it can even kill, especially if you hit any vital organ.

4. Rocket Kassam

it homemade weapon- in fact, a solid-propellant unguided ground-to-ground missile. Until now, actively carried out on the territory of the Gaza Strip with the aim of shelling the territory of Israel.

The point is simple. The simplest and most affordable ingredients are taken, which we will not list here, but which can be found in any agricultural or hardware store. All this is combined in the right proportions, and then the homemade rocket is installed on launcher and is launched in the direction of the enemy.

During the period from 2001 to 2012, 27 people officially became victims, and another 700 were injured of varying severity. Actually, this is not an attacking weapon - low accuracy, low explosive power and heavy weight make it ineffective in active hostilities. But as a weapon of terror - the very thing. It is produced literally on the knee, inexpensive, inconspicuous. And not so long ago, a Palestinian garbage truck was detained in the Gaza Strip, converted into a system salvo fire with the help of "Kassams". No, it's really ingenious - you can move unnoticed across the territory, prepare a volley in a matter of minutes, shoot, and just as quietly hide. In short, simple and effective in its own way homemade weapon.

5. "Shushpantsy"

Under this funny name, which originated in 2007 on thematic forums dedicated to military equipment, hides any modern vehicle covered with impromptu armor. Wherever it was not used - and during the Second World War, when the USSR had huge problems with armored vehicles, therefore, armor and weapons were even installed on tractors, and during the first Arab-Israeli conflict, when the Jews did not yet have their own Merkavs, and on east of Ukraine, and on both sides of the conflict.

And all because this homemade weapons an extremely simple principle. A powerful wheelbase (truck, tractor, anything that can carry a lot of weight) is taken and sheathed with thick metal sheets. The thicker, the more reliable. Actually, that's all. From shrapnel and bullets it homemade weapon will protect, the soldier will deliver to the destination. And if you also install a machine gun, then it will cover it with fire. In short, simple and effective.
