This is how you can very quickly and easily get ready for a vacation at sea, using our tips. But main advice in any situation, be more optimistic and smile . Decide on your holiday destination, write a list, pack your suitcase and Bon Voyage!

Hurray, this long-awaited day has finally arrived - the first day of vacation, and you can rightfully start getting ready for your trip! However, this is not as simple a matter as it might seem at first glance.

In one novel, I remember, it was described how one millionaire traveled around the world - he did not have huge luggage, he carried with him a small case containing a million dollars, and in each city the first thing he did was go to the store and buy himself everything he needed - from a toothbrush to cognac.

If you do not belong to the glorious cohort of millionaires and are forced to carry everything you need with you, let’s try to pack this most “necessary” so that you don’t forget anything, don’t lose anything, and at the same time don’t collect a whole suitcase of unnecessary things.

Choosing and buying a suitcase

First of all, you need to decide where you will pack your things. Do you have a wonderful, comfortable bag? Forget! It will come in handy when you go to visit your grandmother in the village.

If you are going to a resort where you are going to impress everyone around you with your stunning look, you will need at least a couple of glamorous outfits. And they are unlikely to withstand a long flight in a soft bag without loss of quality.

Conclusion - we buy a suitcase . How choose a suitcase? The “correct” suitcase is light enough, but at the same time dense, so that the things in it will not get wrinkled. The metal (preferably steel) handle should be disassembled and removed when you need to roll the suitcase on wheels - instead of a handle, a strong loop is provided for such a case. At the same time, the wheels should not be too small, otherwise they will fly off on the first bump.

First– fabric: this suitcase is lightweight, it is best to take it with you if you are going to travel by train.

Second– plastic: also lightweight, but at the same time keeps its shape, and if it is added to plastic metal shavings- better.

This suitcase will handle air transport perfectly. There are also leather suitcases, but they are very expensive and also heavy. This option is suitable if you don’t drag it yourself.

What to take with you on vacation?

Let's say your trip lasts two weeks. What to take with you to look decent in any situation? We offer an approximate list of things that will make you feel comfortable:

Two swimsuits – separate and one-piece;
- a pair of sundresses made from wrinkle-resistant fabric;
- shorts or breeches made of light fabric;
- jeans;
- several T-shirts and T-shirts;
- Evening Dress;
- a smart blouse with a smart skirt;
- sweater or jacket (in case of cold weather);
- shirt with long sleeve made of light translucent fabric (it will come in handy while walking around the city or sightseeing);
- elegant shoes;
- sneakers;
- two pairs of comfortable summer shoes (for example, ballet flats and low-heeled sandals);
- plastic or rubber slippers;
- underwear;
- medications you may need;
- pareo or just a large thin scarf;
- sunglasses;
- sunscreen cosmetics;
- ordinary cosmetics;
- hat or baseball cap.

This is, so to speak, " minimum program" In addition to the things listed, take, for example, sports suit, if you plan to use the hotel fitness center, or equipment for scuba diving, if you like this type of holiday.

But we would not recommend taking a beach bag, beach towel, mat and similar things with you. They are cheap, so you can easily buy these accessories on the spot, thereby saving space in your suitcase and getting a nice souvenir to remember your vacation. By the way, in reputable hotels a beach towel is provided in the room.

Of course, you need to add personal hygiene items to the list.

Follow the list!

The easiest way not to forget anything is to make a list of necessary things in advance, including every last detail - a pen with a notepad, a toothbrush with toothpaste, handkerchiefs, etc.

Try to save this list until the end of the trip - it will help you pack your things before the return trip and nothing Don't forget at the hotel.

Let's pack

Start packing with the most large of things. That's right, these are shoes. Each pair should be placed in a bag and all this wealth should be placed at the bottom of the suitcase.

It is customary to pack clothes like this: Turn inside out, fold the sleeves towards the middle, then fold the item in half and place it in the suitcase. Skirts, shorts, and T-shirts can simply be folded neatly in half.

Anything that does not wrinkle can generally be rolled up with a tight roller and shoved into free places. You can fill the remaining gaps with all sorts of little things: socks and underwear, jewelry and hygiene items, napkins and combs will go here...

Of course, an evening dress requires more careful attitude, so it needs to be carefully folded and placed on top of everything else.

If the hotel does not have the opportunity to use an iron, don’t worry, just hang your clothes on hangers over the bathtub filled with hot water. In half an hour or an hour they will be as if ironed.

What should you take besides a suitcase?

Every woman knows: to feel comfortable on the road, you need to have a small bag on hand with things that you may need at any time. Therefore, what will go into the suitcase is what can be safely checked in as luggage, and in this handbag you will put the following:

Documentation;
- comb;
- cosmetics and mirror;
- wet and dry wipes;
- deodorant;
- medicines;
- book or magazine;
- camera;
- products;
- drinking water.

Of course, all our advice is approximate and conditional; you yourself must choose from them what suits you and make your own list.

When going on vacation, you want, as they say, to be fully prepared - to take into account all the nuances and take everything with you to feel comfortable in any situation. This is especially important if you are with children. But the suitcase is not rubber, so you have to limit yourself to the bare necessities.
We have compiled a list must-have things for a vacation with or without a child. We hope it will help you not to miss anything and take everything you may need on the road and on the spot. Easy packing and a pleasant stay!

- repellents for repelling insects, remedies for bites,
- medications prescribed by your doctor if you have chronic diseases.

Hygiene products

The travel option is disposable packaging or mini-bottles of cosmetics and hygiene products. You can use it. They do not overload luggage and do not leak. And it is worth considering that in many hotels, at a minimum, shampoo, toothpaste and soap will be in the room.

Toothpaste and brush.
- Shaving products.
- Shampoo, soap, shower gel.
- Towel.
- Feminine hygiene products.
- Decorative cosmetics, deodorant, creams that you use.
- Comb, hair clips, styling products and accessories.
- Nail scissors and nail file.
- Disposable napkins and scarves.
- Tanning and sun protection products.

Technique

Mobile phone. Connect the most in advance favorable tariff. You can take another mobile phone to use a local SIM card. And don't forget the charger!
- Camera/video camera and required amount memory cards.
- Laptop, tablet (if necessary).
- Reader, player, etc.

Clothes and shoes

Not many women can easily travel lightly; they want to take more with them to feel comfortable. According to one survey conducted by RIA Novosti, the average woman's travel bag contains 4 dresses, 6 tops, 4 pairs of shorts or skirts, two pairs of jeans or trousers, three swimsuits, three pairs of flip-flops and two pairs of shoes. Moreover, during vacation, ladies do not miss the opportunity to buy at least two more items of clothing.

But if you focus only on what is necessary, this list can be cut in half, especially if you prioritize complementary things:

Several T-shirts to go with one pair of pants/jeans or shorts,
- something light for the beach (dress, sarong, tunic, pareo, etc.),
- a warm set of clothes (jacket, jacket),
- clothes in case of rain (raincoat, umbrella),
- shoes (street and beach),
- underwear,
- swimsuit/swimming trunks,
- sunglasses and headwear for the beach (hat, Panama, bandana).

– Be sure to make a list of things you need to take with you. You can use a ready-made one (for example, ours :)), supplementing it with what you need, or you can create your own. Some people like to use special mobile applications, someone makes a table in Excel, someone is comfortable writing it by hand. A carefully compiled list will come in handy many times in the future.

– Remember your previous trips: you probably used best case scenario 60% of things, so why take the remaining 40% with you? Remove them from the list without regret.

– As you get ready, cross out the things you have already packed. This way you definitely won't forget anything.

– Put everything you are going to take with you in one place to estimate the total amount of luggage, and then start carefully putting things into your suitcase.

– Don’t forget to put aside what will go in your hand luggage.

– If you are thinking about whether to take it or not, leave it for last, and return to these things at the end of the preparations. If it fits in your suitcase, take it.

– Take the list of things with you, with its help you will not leave anything on the way back.

Advice from the store "Ideal Wardrobe" No. 1

In order to reduce the size of your luggage and take more on a trip, we recommend using. They are simply irreplaceable when traveling! You can use standard ones (then it’s better to take a portable pump with you), or you can use special ones. But there are some subtleties here too:

1) several small packages will save a lot more space in a suitcase than one big one. The size of the bag should be approximately equal to half the length and width of the suitcase (i.e., two bags completely cover the bottom), then the savings will be maximum.

2) In addition, when packing things before a trip, arrange them evenly in the bag so that after sealing you get an even “substance”. Then the suitcase will fit more.

3) And finally, put the fittings away! Otherwise, it may damage the package, and all efforts will be in vain.

4) Keep in mind that vacuum bags reduce the volume of luggage, but not its weight;)

Tip from the store "Ideal Wardrobe" No. 2

It is convenient to use special ones for packing things. Practical and beautiful! All things will be securely hidden in cases, and small items will be collected in cosmetic bags.

Another irreplaceable accessory that will make life easier while traveling is. It has many compartments and pockets. An ideal solution for storing a variety of small items: cosmetics, stationery, gadgets, napkins, children's things and much more.

We wish you a pleasant and comfortable stay!

I won't go to work tomorrow
Let the bosses not wait for me...
I'm leaving for the magical south!..
And I'm on vacation!!!
Vacation! This is probably one of the most favorite words, because on vacation you can do your favorite things, and most importantly, travel!
The most pleasant and exciting thing is getting ready for the trip. It’s scary to even remember that on my first trip, packing my suitcase turned into a real disaster for me. Not knowing what to put in my suitcase, I went on vacation, and “my 10 suitcases were traveling with me.” Now, through trial and error, I have a list of everything I need, which I use as a guide.
Packing a suitcase is an art. When we go on vacation, we always face the problem of what to put in our suitcase so that we don’t have to waste our time and be left without the most necessary things on vacation. Therefore, you should always figure out in advance what you will desperately need and what you can refuse.
The basic rule is a minimum of things. This point is difficult to complete, because... when you get ready, it seems that both this and that might come in handy.
When getting ready to travel, be sure to check the functionality of the zippers, combination locks, and locks (don’t forget to take the key). Unfortunately, we all know that it is quite popular for luggage to be opened by craftsmen at airports, so take everything valuable in your hand luggage.
Oh, and also, there are now new restrictions on the presence of liquids in hand luggage, so you won’t be able to take a bottle of water with you - you’ll have to put it in your luggage! Find out more details from your tour operator or at the airport so you don’t have to worry later.
So, first of all, you need to remember (!) all the necessary documents. It is better to keep them with you in your pocket or in a place that is easily accessible to you (!), so that during numerous controls at the borders you do not have to rummage through all your luggage upside down. It is better, of course, to buy a belt bag. It is very convenient for carrying money, documents, phone and all sorts of small things...
The main thing on vacation (especially if it’s on the beach), of course, is a swimsuit! We definitely take it (preferably there are two of them), and a matching pareo, headdress, and bag. A Panama hat or a hat will be very useful for those young ladies who are prone to sunstroke. Take a tunic or a light robe dress - light, comfortable, feminine, they are ideal for going to the beach. Just please don’t wear this to a restaurant (it looks disgusting). And don't forget your sunglasses! You can immediately put them on your head as a hoop (although this is considered bad form).
Don't forget about a pre/after tanning cream based on your skin type. It’s better to buy everything at home than to overpay for it at the resort.
An important item are flip-flops/shales, in which you will be comfortable walking both on the sand and around the hotel grounds. Take shoes that have been tested by walking, so that you don’t suddenly find out that they are rubbing your feet (this is a common phenomenon in hot weather). Plus, such shoes should be reliable and not tear after the first trips to the beach. Finding new flip flops that suit your taste, are comfortable, and at a reasonable price at a resort can be a challenge, especially for those on a tight budget!
Be sure to bring shorts! This is universal clothing for all occasions. You can wear them to the beach, to the dining room, or on an excursion - convenient and practical.
In clothing, preference should be given to natural fabrics that “breathe” and will not make you sweat even more. In 40 degree heat this is very important!
For excursions, I choose open, comfortable shoes such as sandals without heels, then sometimes climbing mountains/caves/ruins for many hours will not be stressful, and sore and tired feet will not spoil the impression of what you see. Believe me!
For going to a disco, I take sandals (it’s worth considering that in some hotels there is a disco on the beach, so heels are obviously not suitable, and if you end up at a foam disco, then the foam will cause your feet to slide very much in open heeled sandals, so much so It’s very likely that you will either have to take off your shoes or immediately wash your feet somewhere, so take these nuances into account...
In total, we have 3 pairs of shoes: for the beach (by the way, if you prefer pebble beaches, then you simply need slippers for going into the sea), hiking and entertainment (for those who like to wear even flip-flops with small heels, I advise you to choose a platform, because... because in many hotels the area is paved, and rubbing your heels on the joints of the tiles is not very pleasant).
For an evening, you shouldn’t take more than 2 types of clothes - they simply won’t be useful. The first is a dress (shouldn’t be too frilly or too simple), the second is some breeches/trousers + top/blouse. Be sure to bring accessories with you, you can use them to customize your day/evening outfit.
I take a few tops - a couple or three, usually this set is enough.
It is advisable to choose things that do not wrinkle, because... Ironing is paid, and not everyone can afford it, especially if it’s done every day. Although one of my friends carries with her...an iron (she says that she can’t bear her own burden :-)).
In the evening it can be unseasonably cool, with a “very invigorating” wind blowing from the sea, so for evening walks on the beach a windbreaker/light sweater/cardigan will be very appropriate.
A must-have item is to take a first aid kit with you! Many people do not tolerate changes in climate and food well, so in the first days stomach upsets are common (be sure to take Regidron with you), in addition, the days of female malaise (forgive me for writing about this) may begin earlier or too late(be sure to bring personal hygiene products with you). If you have chronic diseases, etc. - take your medicine! And it is advisable if you have a certificate from the clinic with a diagnosis and contraindications for medications. It's no secret that the most common health problems on vacation are crashes digestive system, sunburn, temperature. Therefore, take care of yourself!
Don’t forget personal hygiene products: shampoo, soap (the hotel provides these, but usually not very High Quality- or their stocks are not replenished as often as we would like). I always take a beach towel (waffle) with me. Why waffle? Firstly, it takes up little space in the suitcase, and secondly, it is easier to wash and dry. In many hotels there is a confusion with beach towels, because... It is not allowed to take towels out of the room, and it is not immediately clear where to get beach towels (besides, it happens that there are not always enough of them, or they are paid). Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc. – all this should go with you to the resort).
Don't take too much cosmetics - they float terribly in the heat; the bare minimum is enough.
A camera, a video camera, batteries and accumulators – we take all this in hand luggage. By the way, for those who are traveling to Turkey for the first time, know: electronics in Turkey are very expensive, so be sure to take batteries with you.
Don’t forget the travel kit, which should include a needle case and threads, a pin, scissors (at the hotel, of course, you will find this item, but it may come in handy on the road).
Now the most important thing is how to put things in a suitcase:
- first of all, shoes should be placed at the bottom of the suitcase/bag (I always put them in a bag); - “heavy” clothes (cardigan, sweater) go after the shoes;
- for skirts and trousers there is a place in the middle of the suitcase;
- blouses (if you take them) are better to be folded together so that there are no folds left on them, the sleeves are folded in the shape of the letter “U”;
- heavily wrinkled items are padded with knitwear, for example, T-shirts, tops, to soften creases;
- I roll up wrinkle-resistant items with a roller and place them “standing” in any free space;
- before/after tanning products, etc. are also sent to available spaces.
The suitcase is ready!
And also, don’t forget to take with you good mood and a positive attitude!
