But I had a day off, oddly enough, among the week, and I realized that I just want to sit down with a TV and see, relax from all the fuss. And when I crossed in search of see something (I do not know what), I got to the program "Everything's simple." In fact, I stopped on this program, because I became familiar with her presenter - Maria Fedulkina. I often saw her in the humoric show, even saw her clip in a blow, I saw several plots with her in the movies, but it became wondering what she was leading for the program.

For the first time, when I just saw such a program on the channel 360, I did not know that the foil and simple Coca-Cola can remove rust (by the way, after, I do not drink Coca-Coke). Still, what is not only interesting, but appropriate during the holidays, they told how to fold the suitcase, so so that everything fit and neatly was folded, and everything could be found. I just got on vacation, and therefore, honestly, we were used by the tips.
I just can not find how much this program is on the TV channel 360. On the Internet only there is information that the TV show, where the Soviets "Everything simply" goes every day, but the exact time is not specified. It is strange, because the transfer should find its viewer, but the viewer cannot catch this program.
By the way, I saw on the Ukrainian TV channel there is a similar transmission. That's just there not only give advice there are still whole headings: Hand Make, cooking, fitness and others. I also saw this transmission by chance. - Naturally, they will differ from all others. Alone with my dad passed the entire accumulated experience with our athletes and now we will do it with double energy. In this case, there is no importance - it will be my son or someone else. For me, the main thing is that any of our athletes show an acceptable result on internal competitions. Then I take them under my guardianship and go for them, as for my chickens, as for relatives.
And I argue that in training, on a fire line - the son, daughter, relative, mother, dad, there is no such thing. There is an athlete and coach - and that's it. Houses - please, and this is a job. Yes, I am very glad that after the USSR broke up, for the first time someone except me took the Olympic license to shoot. Young athlete, and besides my son. This is a bonus.

We need to develop sports, we need to think about young athletes. Therefore, quite often I refuse to trips to certain competitions in order to let these funds for the development of young people.
And most importantly, there are already results. Last year, our young guys took the third team place at the European Championships, before that one girl first hit the European Championship, the other was the fourth on the world and fifth on Europe. This is already achieving.
In order for the team to have such indicators, it is necessary to sacrifice something. Because without fees there will be no results. I am watching them here in place and if I see that the result is already fixed, I take them to the fees. Because it is at the charges that you see a full picture and understand that one or another athlete is.
- Reveal talented and capable?
- Yes of course. And then there is already a hurrying of skills.

- In principle, yes, because we simply do not have the opportunity. Despite this, my son was in the final of the European Championship last year and took the fifth place. This is a paradox.
- Maybe genetics?
- On one genetics and talent, we will not leave without work. They can then forget about them. Now any sport has become so developed that one talent is not enough to achieve the goal.

- You are going on the eighth games. Can Olympiad become an ordinary event at such a frequency?
- Between OI, such a large interval that these competitions cannot even have analogs. Each Olympiad is individual and originally. And no experience will help you with this. To each games you are preparing from scratch and open a clean page.
None of the competition can not be like others, especially OI. And the "next" it is impossible to name them. All athletes dream just even participate in games. For me personally, this is a big holiday and a big event.

On games in London, you were a sign of the Georgian national team. There is a checkered rule that to make the flag of athletes who have to speak in the coming days after the opening ceremony, or those athletes who are involved are not recommended. Did not prevent you?
- If you carefully watched, I carried the flag in my left hand. So did not prevent. But in fact, it is a great honor, so I could not refuse. Although I acted every day.
It should be noted that the organization was at the highest level in London. We have not been on the opening, as usual for 4-6 hours. I walked seven OI and was only three times at the opening ceremony. We passed only the floor of the stadium and then this flag was taken away. He, by the way, was very light, and not heavy, as usual.

- It turns out that the shooters are much harder than say sprints?
- Yes. You have noticed correctly. In many other sports, you can get angry, after which you will start more actively to attack (if it is a struggle) or beat the ball harder (let's say, if football). There is a strongest emotion and adrenaline. And we have the opposite. In no case can not be angry. On the contrary, it is necessary to calm down. If you made a bad shot, then you just do not have the right to panic. And, of course, it is not visible from that. But what is happening inside - you just do not imagine. In addition, it is necessary to calm down in a very short period of time.
- Who is engaged in your psychological training? Your father?
- And the Father, and psychologists, and I myself pay a lot of time. I worked with many psychologists, including sports. Psychology is generally very subtle work. It may seem that it is very easy, but it is not. Each athlete, in each sport is individual. And you as a specialist is obliged to know the psychology of this sport and every athlete and to choose the necessary words accordingly, specifically for this athlete and concrete circumstances. Sometimes you can give a person to slap and help it, and sometimes enough and a good word. It all depends on the situation. But whoever helped you, you, first of all, study to fight yourself.

- In your sport, only psychology or physical training is important too important?

- Moreover, what are you and a sports functionar - can you find time for training?
- Help. I want to manage to work in the Olympic Committee. Do you know how I had? After giving birth, I left the children my mother, and I always covered the feeling that they were missing me. - You have repeatedly stated that 25 meters love more than 10. Why?
- Probably because it is still a small-caliber firearm. I feel it better. There is a slow, and fast shooting. And 10 meters - only slow. Just like Schikarich loves pneumatic. Therefore, in the final of the Seoul Olympics, I was not afraid of anyone and her too.
- Do you have individual weapons?
- Yes of course. Athletes who are higher than the average level and which have any results, everyone has an individual weapon. Individual handle, fitted under the arm athlete.
- Do you have only one pistol?
- No, several. Because no matter how cool is a mechanism that has a bodging property. How many times have weapted weapons at competitions. In Beijing broke a gun during trial shooting. After slow shooting, I had a second or third result. And on Rapid Fire generally broke off, and the weapon failed. I do not know how it happened because I did not leave weapons for a second for a second. It was all the time with me. The first five shots trial are three seconds and then resting seven seconds. I did not have time to change. They found someone's pistol, gave me. The main thing is the same brand. The handle is not mine, lies bad in hand. But nothing - she shot and won the tournament. - The philistine question - shot ever from sniper rifles?

This is a very interesting exercise that was removed from the OI program and therefore this discipline pays very little attention. In my opinion, it was the most interesting and entertaining look.
- How different sensations when the target see the fly and through the optics?
- These are completely different things. But optics have a completely different purpose. I generally look at the weapon exclusively as a sports equipment. And in no way differently.
- On the hunt was not?
- No and not gonna. I can never shoot the beast. We have repeatedly offered and called, but it is useless.
- Did you train with the iron?
- No, it is the fiction of journalists. Why do I need an iron, when at home weapons lay (laughs). Dad shot all his life. At the age of 27, he began to engage in rifle sports. Winned the Championships of the USSR, "Spartakiada", but did not happen further.

- He did not want me to engage in shooting. I was physically very weak. Dad did not think that I was pulling it. I remember that my first photo in the newspaper was associated with basketball. But then it happened so that I left both basketball, and music, and dancing. Music could not have tolerated (laughs). It so happened that for some time I did not go anywhere. Then mom said his father: "She has a lot of free time, all the time in the courtyard - take it with you" - I studied at school very well and quickly coped with the lessons. Yes, and the yards used to be different - there was no danger.
So this is my mother insisted (smiles). At first I really did not want to walk, because after basketball - a game sport, where and fun, and having fun, shooting something completely different. It is necessary to stand at the turn at the turn, it is impossible to talk, laugh too. After training - please do what you want. But during her you should be calm. It was hard and unusual for me. Moreover, we are southerners, with our temperament (laughs).

And yet you stayed?
- Yes. It turned out that in two years later I won the "Spartakia" of schoolchildren and went, went. Because of this, I could not pass the exams in eighth or in the tenth grade.
Then he entered the Physical Institute, although it was preparing completely to another. Always loved the anatomy and biology. Just thought that a good specialist could not work out, because all the time I will be in the road, and so I will learn from the profile.
Although, if you truly do in physical culture, then here you can learn a lot. Psychology, pedagogy, physiology, anatomy, biomechanics teach at a very good level, and all this is very useful for an athlete. Every coach should know it.
- How did Cotton be in sports?
- Oh, Tsotne! This is also a difficult question (smiles). My husband is a former rugbyman Gocha Machavariani. I also love rugby very much, because it is a very courageous sport. Especially when you know the rules and specifics - it is very interesting to watch. In addition, I have not yet met a single rugbyist, which would be a bad person.
Therefore, when a boy was born, my spouse really wanted the Tsotné also engaged in rugby. And he went to rugby for four years. I heard that before the scenarios and writers often took the plots from newspapers. Everything happened in the same way, but with amendment for progress: I found my story in the top of the news "Yandex". I saw the story that the prison woofer Sam Bailey became the winner of the British show The X Factor, an analogue of the "Voice" contest. I am this contrast - an overseas, and suddenly on a musical show - it seemed very interesting. I pushed out of him, and then told my story.

From the very beginning, I imagined the main character of Inhu Oboldina.
