Transfer the chopped sticks to a deep, comfortable bowl or salad bowl.

Next, grate (large or medium) hard cheese and pour it into a salad bowl.
3. Next, we thoroughly rinse all our vegetables and herbs under running water, after which we dry everything on a paper towel. Let's deal with bell peppers (you can take both red and yellow, this is not so important, the main thing is that it is fresh and fleshy): cut it in half lengthwise, and then remove the core and seeds.

Next, we cut each of the halves lengthwise into 6 parts, after which we cut them across (as a result, small narrow pieces are obtained).

1. Scald and dry the lemon.
2. Grate the zest.
3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon pulp.
4. Cut the fruit into slices.
5. Beat the sour cream with cream with a mixer until creamy, then flavor with vanilla sugar, lemon juice and grated zest.
6. Place on plates along with the fruit pieces. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
