How to ask your guardian angels for help

God! Give me s peace of mind to meet everything that this day will bring me. Let me completely surrender to Your holy will. For every hour of this day, instruct and support me in everything. Whatever news I receive during the day, teach me to accept it with a calm soul and the firm conviction that everything is your holy will. In all my deeds and words, guide my thoughts and feelings. In all unforeseen cases do not let us forget that everything was sent down by You! Teach me to act directly and wisely with each member of my family, without upsetting anyone, without embarrassing anyone. God! Give me strength to endure the fatigue of the coming day and all the events during it! Guide my will and teach me to pray and hope, believe, love, endure and forgive! Amen.
Three Necessary Prayers
Most Holy Trinity, have mercy on us; Lord, cleanse our sins; Master, forgive our iniquities; Holy One, visit and heal our infirmities, and for your sake. (Three times.)
Our Father, Who art in Heaven! Hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, as it is in Heaven and on earth. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
Rejoice, Virgin Mary, Blessed Mary, the Lord is with You: blessed are You among women, and blessed is the fruit of Your womb, for You have given birth to the Savior of our souls.
This ritual is for Maundy Thursday, but it is suitable for any ablution.
Pour dry herbs into a bowl: heather, juniper, mint, lemon balm, St. John's wort, chamomile. Step over the bowl, then set the herbs on fire and fumigate the entire apartment with smoke.
Make silver water by putting a silver object in a cup of water: a bracelet, a spoon, a chain, a ring... Then it’s good to wash your face with this water and drink it on an empty stomach.
After drinking, melancholy often sets in. To get rid of it, do the following ritual: cut off the ends of your hair, burn them and throw them into a cup of water, read the spell over the cup.
Old age and pain, melancholy and sadness,
Bad thoughts, bad thoughts
I, the servant of God (name), will burn with fire,
I will release the smoke into the forest, into the violent wind.
Amen.
Then look into the cup where the hair is floating, put the cup on the window. Look again before going to bed. In the morning - again. And pour the contents over the threshold or out the window.
