- The open public All-Russian review of educational organizations is held for the following purposes:
- generalizations of teaching experience,
- creating an effective methodological system accessible to all participants in the educational process of the Russian Federation based on modern information and communication technologies;
- developing the exchange of best practices between educational organizations;
- creating, on the basis of the review site, a network resource for familiarization with achievements in the field of educational technologies and their practical use by educational organizations;
- popularization and implementation of innovative approaches in the field of education;
- stimulating educational organizations for new professional connections and interactions with educational organizations in other regions of the Russian Federation.2 Educational organizations of the Russian Federation can take part in the open public All-Russian review of educational organizations. Including: preschool and additional education institutions, general education organizations (schools, gymnasiums, lyceums, boarding schools, cadet corps), secondary educational institutions, universities, regional institutes for educational development.
The open public All-Russian review of educational organizations is conducted by the Department of Popularization and Introduction of Innovative Educational Technologies, the Department of Policy in the Sphere of Mass Events, and the Information Center for Methodological Support of the Agency for Modern Education and Science Obrnauka.RF.

Applications for participation are accepted from November 15, 2017. to February 15, 2018 The cost of the registration fee for educational organizations is 7 thousand rubles(services for providing support and support for the exhibition of information posted by an educational organization on the website: http://expo.obr-nauka.ru). The open public All-Russian review of educational organizations is held in one correspondence stage from January 23 to February 28, 2018 in the Internet format at the All-Russian level.
No more than one application for participation can be submitted from one educational organization.
Exhibition content of participants is accepted for the event only through a specialized Internet interface in the participant’s personal account. Submissions will not be accepted via ground mail or email. When summing up the results and determining the list of winners, only materials that are presented in the exhibition content of the educational organization are considered and taken into account.
The results of the event are summed up and published no later than 20 days from the end of the exhibition display (no later than March 20, 2018). The results of the review are published on the exhibition website.
The open public All-Russian review-competition of educational organizations is held by the Department of the Quality System of Education and Monitoring of Personnel Training Indicators, the Department of Strategy, Analysis and Forecast in the Sphere of Education, the Department of Popularization and Introduction of Innovative Educational Technologies, the Department of Policy in the Sphere of Mass Events, the Information Center for Methodological Support of the Agency for modern education and science Obrnauka.RF.
The open public All-Russian review competition of educational organizations in 2017 is held for the purposes of:
- developing the exchange of best practices between educational organizations;
- formation on the basis of the review-competition site of a network resource for familiarization with achievements in the field of educational technologies and their practical use by educational organizations;
- popularization and implementation of innovative approaches in the field of education;
- stimulating educational organizations for new professional connections and interactions with educational organizations from other regions of the Russian Federation;
- strengthening the software and material support of the educational process in educational organizations through the incentive and prize fund of the show;
- determination of the best educational organizations by nominations and groups.
Educational organizations of the Russian Federation can take part in the open public All-Russian review-competition of educational organizations.

The results of the event “Open public All-Russian review-competition of educational organizations” are summed up and published no later than 20 days from the end of the exhibition display of the review (no later than March 20, 2017). The results of the competition are published on the official website of the show and brought to the attention of the heads of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation by official letters.

8. Based on the results of the Open Public All-Russian Review of Educational Organizations, all participants are divided into 3 categories: Laureates, Active Participants, Review Participants.
