And others. But there is something even simpler! Are we reading?

I suggest making a very simple cake, for which you don’t even need to turn on the oven. The cake is cooked in a frying pan. And although it consists of 8 cake layers and custard, you won’t spend much time preparing it. The thing is that the cakes are cooked in a frying pan for only 1-2 minutes.

In just a short period of time, you will have eight cakes ready. All that remains is to coat them with hot custard and let them brew for several hours. Even a child should be able to make this cake!

Dough

  • Wheat flour 1.6 tbsp.
  • Condensed milk 125 g
  • Soda 0.3 tsp.
  • Table vinegar 5 ml
  • Chicken eggs 1 pc.

Cream

  • Butter 100 g
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
  • Vanilla sugar 20 g
  • Chicken eggs 1 pc.

Combine egg and condensed milk.

Beat with a fork until smooth. Add baking soda and vinegar.

Add flour - knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 8 parts.

Roll each one out onto a floured board into a thin flat cake.

Fry each flatbread in a hot dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Using a plate and a sharp knife, cut out round cakes with a diameter of 13-14 cm.

For the cream we need milk, sugar, flour, egg, butter, vanilla sugar.

Combine milk, egg, flour, sugar. Beat well with a fork or mixer and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Add butter and cook for 20 seconds.

Grease the cakes with hot cream.

Cover the top and sides of the cake with cream. Sprinkle with crumbs from the trimmed parts of the cakes (they must be crushed using a food processor).

The cake should sit for 2-3 hours before serving.

Recipe 2: The simplest cake recipe: sponge cake, sour cream

For cream:

  • butter - 250 g,
  • condensed milk - 400 g.

Grind sugar with eggs, add soda slaked with vinegar, softened butter and honey. Heat all this over low heat until the volume increases. Add flour and knead the dough, divide it into 7-8 parts.

Roll out each piece of dough into a crust and bake them in a greased pan at a temperature of 150 degrees. Cool the cakes and trim their edges.

Grease the top and sides of the cake with cream and cover with crumbs made from cake scraps.

How to prepare cream. It's very easy to do. Thoroughly rub the softened butter with condensed milk, beat the cream and cool well.

Recipe 4: Simple Chocolate Cake

To prepare this delicious chocolate cake you will need the most simple ingredients:

  • kefir - 1 glass;
  • sugar -1 glass;
  • flour - 1 glass;
  • chocolate - 1 bar;
  • soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.

The cake cream will consist of the following ingredients:

  • sour cream - 400 ml;
  • sugar - an incomplete glass.

Now we have everything to make our homemade chocolate cake. First of all, you need to thoroughly beat the kefir and sugar with a mixer.

Next add cocoa, soda and flour sifted through a sieve. Beat with a mixer until smooth. The consistency of the dough should be like medium fat sour cream.

Place the resulting mass in a silicone (or any other) mold, lightly greased with vegetable oil. Then we send the form with chocolate dough to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes.

The finished chocolate cake should be cooled to room temperature and cut lengthwise into two parts.

While our chocolate cake is cooling, you can prepare sour cream for it. You don’t need a lot of strength here either: just beat the sour cream and sugar well with a mixer so that all the sugar dissolves. Generously grease the cake layers with the resulting cream and stack them on top of each other.

All that remains is to decorate our wonderfully delicious chocolate cake with grated chocolate. You can use absolutely any chocolate, milk or bitter, as you like. We took dark chocolate and grated it on a coarse grater.

It is best to refrigerate the finished cake for at least a couple of hours so that it is well soaked in the cream and becomes soft and tender.

Recipe 5: Simple Sponge Cake

Dough:

  • eggs – 4 pcs.
  • wheat flour, grade I – 1.5 cups
  • granulated sugar – 2 cups
  • soda – 0.5 tsp.
  • lemon juice – 1 tsp.
  • a pinch of salt

For cream:

  • sour cream – 250 grams
  • powdered sugar – 1 cup.

First we prepare the cream, because it needs to sit in the refrigerator after cooking.

The cream is the simplest - sour cream. Beat sour cream with sugar. The mass should be light and the sugar should completely dissolve. The resulting cream, as I said, is in the refrigerator.

Now I make the biscuit dough:

I beat the whites separately, then add the yolks, and only then the sugar. The sugar should completely dissolve. After this, gradually, in small portions, add flour. I do this so that there are no lumps, constantly whisking the dough. I quench the soda with lemon juice in a tablespoon and add it to the dough and continue to beat everything together for a while.

I pour the resulting mass into a cake pan, in which I first lined it with baking paper. I bake the sponge cake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. You can check its readiness using a toothpick - pierce the biscuit with it - if the toothpick is dry, the biscuit is ready, if there is still raw dough on it, you need to wait.

After this, I cut the finished sponge cake into three layers and let them cool, and then generously coat the layers with cream.

I decorate the finished sponge cake with cream.

Recipe 6: Quick and tasty cake - with honey

For the cakes:

  • Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
  • Wheat flour 2 cups.
  • Margarine 170 gr
  • Honey 2 tsp.
  • Sour cream 2 tablespoons
  • Baking soda 0.5 tsp.

For cream:

  • Sour cream 700 gr
  • Sugar 200 gr

melt the margarine

add sugar

honey, sour cream

ready dough

bake cakes

beat sour cream with sugar

ready-made cake

coat the cakes with cream

So, for the cream you will need, first of all, to squeeze out the sour cream, then put it in a wide cup and beat with a mixer, gradually adding sugar. Next, bake the cakes (to do this, mix the ingredients to a consistency like rich sour cream and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes), check their readiness with a wooden toothpick.

Cut the cakes lengthwise and stack them in layers, first coating each with sour cream. The resulting cake may be a little dry, but that's okay - this is how its taste is fully revealed. The top of the cake can be decorated at your discretion either with the same cream or other suitable products.

Recipe 7: Simple Poppyseed and Walnut Cake

Dough:
2 eggs
1 tbsp. Sahara
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
0.5 tsp soda
1/3 tbsp. poppy seeds (for 1 cake)
1/3 tbsp. walnuts (cut them with a knife) (for 2 layers)
1 pack vanilla sugar (for 3 layers)
0.5 tbsp. sugar (caramelize)
16 walnut halves (dipped in caramel and let cool)

Cream:
800 ml sour cream (I took 2 jars of cream and 2 crème fraiche), beat until thick +
+2 jars of cream sugar
+2 pack. van. Sahara
beat everything

We make 3 batches. We bake each one in a 24 cm mold; unfortunately, I didn’t time it, I looked at the color and checked for doneness with a toothpick. Cool the finished cakes and cut them lengthwise. We fold the cakes one by one, generously greasing each one with cream. Garnish with nut halves and poppy seeds.

Cakes are delicious desserts that are traditionally baked for birthdays and other holidays. But you don't always have enough time or enough skill to bake a cake with many layers that need to be rolled out and baked separately. Therefore, I offer recipes for simple cakes that require a minimum of time and effort to prepare. Despite the simplicity of the recipes, these cakes turn out very tasty, this has already been proven.

If you want the fastest cake, then look at my website. To prepare them, take a ready-made base (most often cookies), which is smeared with cream. Also simple recipes include chocolate sponge cake and, the recipes of which can be found in the active links.

You can also just bake a quick one and grease it. Make a simple cake for a family tea party.

Easy Cakes - Quick Chocolate Cake.

I baked this cake for my husband's birthday. It was not possible to bake our family’s favorite Honey cake, which takes me 3 hours. I found this quick recipe, cooked it and was pleasantly surprised. The cake turned out very tasty, it just melts in your mouth. Now I will definitely bake this cake more than once; both adults and children liked it. In terms of taste, it has become one of my favorites, along with Medovik.

Ingredients:

The list is given for a shape with a diameter of 20-24 cm. For a larger shape, increase the amount of products proportionally. Products should be at room temperature.

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 60 gr.
  • vegetable oil - 60 ml
  • milk - 280 ml
  • vinegar 6-9% - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 250 gr.
  • soda - 1.5 tsp.
  • salt - 1/3 tsp.
  • sugar - 300 gr.
  • cocoa - 50 gr.
  • vanillin - 1 gr.

For cream:

  • butter - 180 gr.
  • condensed milk - 380 gr. (1 jar)
  • thick, fatty sour cream 30% - 350 gr.
  • powdered sugar - 80 gr.
  • vanillin - 0.5 g.

For impregnation (optional):

  • water - 50 ml
  • sugar - 50 ml
  • any berries - 100 gr.

Quick cakes: preparation.

1. The cake dough is prepared quickly. Therefore, immediately turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Products for the dough should be at room temperature; try to remove eggs, milk, and butter from the refrigerator in advance (1 hour). If you cook right away (like me), you will need to heat the milk and butter a little so that they become a little warm. No need to heat the oil!

2. Sift all the flour (250 g) into a deep bowl at once. It is better to use a kitchen scale for accuracy. With scales you will be able to keep all proportions more accurately. If there is no such assistant, use it. Sift cocoa powder (50 g) into the flour. Take regular cocoa, without additives or sugar. And put the rest of the dry ingredients in a bowl: 300g. sugar, a bag of vanillin, a little salt, and one and a half teaspoons of soda (no need to extinguish it, it is extinguished at the end).

Soda can be replaced with baking powder, then vinegar is not needed. If you make syrup for impregnation, use 50 grams of sugar. less.

3. Mix all dry ingredients until smooth.

4. Beat two eggs into the dough, add 60 g. butter and 60 ml of odorless vegetable oil. Also pour milk (not cold, but not hot).

5. Mix all products with a mixer. Work at low speed at first to prevent flour from flying around. Next, turn the mixer on high and beat for 1-2 minutes until the dough is smooth and shiny.

6. Now add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and stir well.

7. Cover the baking pan with parchment and grease it with a little vegetable oil.

8. Pour the dough into the mold, roll around until it is evenly distributed and the top is even. You can only pour the dough up to half of the mold, because it rises very well during baking and becomes porous.

9. Bake the sponge cake in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick, which should come out dry. For the first 20 minutes, do not open the oven door to prevent the cake from settling.

If you want, you can bake the crust on a rectangular baking sheet. If the layer of dough is small, the sponge cake will bake faster (about 30 minutes).

10. Remove the finished crust from the oven, remove it from the pan along with the parchment and let cool.

11. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. To do this, first beat the butter a little with a mixer. Add condensed milk to the butter and beat the cream until fluffy.

You can also make sour cream for this cake. You just need to use thick and fatty sour cream, otherwise the cream will be very runny. If you only have 20% sour cream, you can make weighed sour cream from it.

To do this, put the sour cream in cheesecloth, put the cheesecloth in a sieve, and place the sieve on a bowl. Place this design in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the sour cream will be thick, the excess whey will drain off. If you do this, use 100 grams of sour cream. more.

Add powdered sugar to the sour cream and beat the cream with a mixer for about 2 minutes. Do not beat the sour cream for too long, otherwise it will separate.

12. When the sponge cake has cooled, cut off the top, which will then be used as crumbs for sprinkling on the cake. Using a thick thread, cut the biscuit into 3-4 layers.

13. The finished cake is moderately moist; it does not need to be soaked in syrup. But you can soak it if you wish. I made the impregnation with frozen berries (blackberries and currants) to give the sweet cake some sourness. To soak, pour water into a saucepan, add a little sugar, and boil. Place the berries in boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes.

14. Now assemble the cake. Place the first cake layer on the dish, soak it a little in syrup, and lay out the berries. Alternatively, you can coat it with a thin layer of sour jam. Grease the cake with cream. Cover with the second cake layer and repeat the procedure.

15. Also grease the top cake and sides with cream. Make crumbs from the trimmed top (the fastest way to do this is in a blender). Sprinkle the top and sides of the cake with crumbs. You can also sprinkle part of the top with coconut flakes. In general, you can decorate it to your taste: with nuts, marmalade, and candies.

If you have time, put the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak. If this is not possible, serve immediately. This is a very tasty treat!

A simple cake with condensed milk “You will lick your fingers.”

Delicious cakes can be baked in half an hour. Don't believe me? Read this recipe for a cake that will come in handy both on a festive table and on an everyday one. The amount of ingredients is indicated for a small cake, so you can immediately double everything and bake twice.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 140 gr.
  • butter - 100 gr.
  • condensed milk - 1 can
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • cocoa - 2 tsp.
  • lemon juice (or vinegar) to slake the soda

For cream:

  • sour cream - 200 gr.
  • sugar - 100 gr.

Preparation.

1. Melt the butter in any convenient way, let it cool to room temperature. Add condensed milk to the butter and stir with a whisk or mixer until smooth.

2. Beat in two eggs and stir again.

3. Sift the flour and mix again. At the end, add soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice. Stir everything until smooth. If you work with a mixer and not by hand, the dough is kneaded very quickly, in 5 minutes.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour 2/3 of the dough onto it and level it with a silicone spatula over 2/3 of the baking sheet area. Add cocoa to the remaining dough and mix. Pour the chocolate batter into the empty space and smooth it out.

5. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to bake for 10 minutes (if the baking sheet is large and the dough lies in a thin layer). If the layer of dough is large, bake longer until done (check with a match).

6. For the cream, mix full-fat sour cream with sugar. You can beat with a mixer, only briefly, so that the sour cream does not turn into butter, no longer than 2 minutes.

7. When the cakes have cooled, cut them into 3 equal parts. You will get 2 light cakes and one brown. Trim off any excess edges.

8. Grease each cake with cream and place them on top of each other. Grease the top and sides of the cake with cream too.

9. Use your hands to turn the scraps into crumbs (or use a blender for speed). Sprinkle crumbs over the side and top of the cake. And you can eat it right away. As you can see, it took 30 minutes to prepare this cake. And it turns out very tasty, you'll just lick your fingers!

In contact with

In France and Italy, a similar cake is called millefeuille (1000 layers). In the USA - Napoleon, in the UK - vanilla slice or cream slice. In the Netherlands and Belgium, their own version of Napoleon is popular, called Tompouce - a puff pastry with whipped cream, covered with pink icing.

While I was looking at why they call it “Napoleon”, I found something like a CLASSIC RECIPE. I’ll have to try it and compare it.

My recipe is actually much simpler and requires minimal ingredients. But something incredible turns out. I baked it for my birthday in the summer. General, the whole floor gathered to congratulate him. When the command “fetch” was given, the cake was torn to shreds in a matter of seconds.

In general, here's what you need to master:

This is all you need:

The dough consists of only 3 ingredients - 1 kg. flour, a pack of butter and a glass of water with 2 tablespoons of medical alcohol added to it. I understand that not everyone has medical alcohol at home)) a bottle of the stupidest cheap beer, or 1/4 glass of vodka (dilute with water to make 200 ml of liquid) will do.

I pour 3 cups of flour onto the table, make a crater in the middle, and carefully pour the liquid into it. Then I mix it carefully with a fork. It turned out to be a baby porridge. I add melted butter and another glass of flour to it, and knead

It turns out a raw bun. Instead of baking, we put it in the freezer for 40 minutes. To be honest, I don’t even know why, but I’ve been doing this for many years, as my mother taught me.

While it's cooling there, I'll make the custard. Mom used to cook it with a glass of milk, but that’s not enough for me. I cook it in a liter. So, in a liter of milk, one egg, 2/3 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of starch, mix everything well and put on fire.

Stir continuously until the cream thickens. It turns out so delicious)))

The second is completely primitive - a pack of butter with a can of condensed milk is whipped in a blender.

Meanwhile, the oven has warmed up. At what temperature should I bake? and who the hell knows, I baked in a prehistoric oven for so many years that I never asked myself this question. Yesterday I set it to 250 - it baked very slowly, I’m used to the fact that you barely have time to roll out the next cake, and then I still had time to look at the TV.

Divide the dough from the freezer into 8 balls. And we begin to roll out

you roll it out, and it tries to gather itself back into a ball. But this number will not work with us. This is what a rolled out raw shortbread looks like

And this is what it looks like in the oven

We first soak each shortcake with still hot custard, and when it has stood for a couple of minutes, we also pour it with condensed milk cream

Sometimes you take SOMETHING out of the oven

It’s not scary - we burst the bubble, pour the cream inside, and what’s left of the bubble will then be used to sprinkle on top

As a result, after about an hour we get this at the output:

Let's leave this matter alone for the night. And in the morning we’ll do a little magic. Overnight the cakes will become soaked and the cake will sag a little. But it won’t come to a finished form on its own. You need to press it on top with a cutting board, trim along the edges. Napoleon's breakfast scraps are great fun for the whole family.

Pour the remaining condensed cream on top generously and sprinkle with fine crumbs from the edges of the cakes.

So why Napoleon??? Wiki says this:

There are several versions of the origin of the recipe.

In Russia, the name is often associated with the preparation of this cake during the widespread celebration of the 100th anniversary of the expulsion of Napoleon Bonaparte from Russia. For this anniversary, a whole range of drinks and dishes appeared, decorated in a festive way. A new cake also appeared - puff pastry with cream, made in the shape of a triangle, in which Napoleon's famous hat was supposed to be seen. The cake quickly received the name “Napoleon” and universal recognition. This name has survived to this day, although the shape of the cake has become rectangular.
