1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix the potato wedges thoroughly in a deep bowl with oil, finely chopped garlic, seasonings and spices.

2. Place potatoes in 1 layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
