As I noticed, pancakes in our family always go with a bang. And it doesn’t matter what time of day: breakfast, lunch or dinner. Whenever I fry them, they still eat the pancakes in an instant. Tasty, satisfying and nutritious, they can please everyone. But frying only is too easy. Let's fry pancakes with cheese and sausage today. Don’t be surprised, such pancakes also have a place, and they are so tasty that you will repeat my recipe more than once. If you have fried pancakes before, you know that the base of the dough for them is prepared using fermented milk products. This is most often kefir or yogurt. Today we will do this: we will fry pancakes on kefir, without departing from tradition, but we will make them with cheese and sausage. You will learn how to correctly add these ingredients from our detailed recipe, which we have prepared with a photo - especially so that everything is clear and accessible. With kefir, the dough always turns out just perfect, and the pancakes come out fluffy and even slightly crispy. We will fry the pancakes in regular vegetable, refined oil, which does not foam and does not have a pronounced taste. Homemade scented oil can be very foamy. So I don't recommend using it today. So let's get started!

- 200 grams of kefir,
- 1.5 cups flour,
- 0.5 tsp. l. soda,
- 0.5 tsp. l. salt,
- a couple of pinches of granulated sugar,
- 100 grams of sausage,
- 60 grams of hard cheese,
- vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook with photos step by step

Pour soda into kefir, stir and let stand until the soda is activated and begins to turn into bubbles.

We cut into cubes the filling we need: sausage and cheese. I used boiled sausage. It works well for this recipe. The cheese should be hard, it cuts well with a knife and melts well.

Add the filling to the kefir base.

Add flour to knead our pancake dough.

Mix the dough and achieve a thick consistency, but so that the pancakes can be spooned into the frying pan. After the dough has stood for about 5 minutes, comes to its senses, and infused, we begin to fry the pancakes.

Pour oil into a frying pan, heat over medium heat, spoon in the pancakes and start frying.

Turn the pancakes over to the other side when one side, the bottom, is cooked through.

This is how the pancakes turned out. They are beautiful, tasty and very aromatic, because they contain sausage and cheese. Bon Appetite!
If we are already talking about savory pancakes, then I want to offer you a few more interesting options. They turn out great

Many housewives think that pancakes are products made from flour with sour milk, topped with condensed milk or jam to improve the taste. But real chefs know: this is a wide field for experimentation.

For example, you can create pancakes with sausage and cheese - a delicious delicacy for a fragrant and appetizing hearty breakfast.

If, when preparing pancakes, you don’t want to bother with slaking soda with vinegar to increase the fluffiness of the dough, and even more so, adding industrial baking powder to it, fermented milk products will come to the rescue. Pancakes with sausage and cheese filling will be the most tender, delighting the whole family with their appearance and aroma.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 450 gr.;
  • kefir – 200 ml;
  • sausage – 100 gr.;
  • cheese – 60 gr.;
  • soda – ½ tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • sugar - a pinch.

Kefir is “enriched” with soda, then it needs to be allowed to stand and the filling is poured in - finely chopped cheese and sausage. Next, flour and sugar are added and the dough is kneaded. You need to let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and then you can carefully spoon it into flat cakes onto the frying pan. Frying - over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, turning over.

Secret! Sugar and salt are included in the mandatory list of seasonings that must be added to pancake dough. It is important to remember that they are poured with constant stirring for optimal dissolution, or even better - into heated milk or kefir.

Pancakes with sausage and cheese, cooked in milk

It’s certainly a tasty dish, but what makes it truly unforgettable is the addition of sausage and cheese. This combination will allow you to prepare a delicacy that is nourishing, juicy and incredibly appetizing.

Ingredients:

  • fresh milk – 150 ml;
  • flour – 120 gr.;
  • salami – 100 gr.;
  • cheese – 100 gr.;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • fennel – ½ tsp;
  • seasonings - to taste.

Beat the eggs with a whisk (you can also use a mixer), gradually pouring in the milk and adding the flour. Next, finely chopped salami and cheese are added to the mixture, fennel is poured in, after which it is mixed well. Place a tablespoon of the finished dough onto a heated frying pan and fry until caramelized on both sides over medium heat. Pancakes with raw sausage additives and sour milk will be no less tasty.

  • sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • sausage – 100 gr.;
  • cheese – 65 gr.

Grind the eggs with sugar and salt until smooth, pour in a little sour milk and add the sifted flour. You can pour the remaining milk into the resulting smooth dough, then add baking powder and mix the mass thoroughly.

When the mixture becomes similar to thick sour cream, it is supplemented with sausage and cheese cut into small pieces, after which they are spread with a spoon in the form of flat cakes on a well-heated frying pan. The pancakes, fried on both sides, should acquire an even golden color.

Yeast pancakes

Yeast pancakes remain soft, fluffy and airy for a long time, provided that they are not eaten immediately after cooking. Such delicacies go perfectly with any “fillings”, but are especially good with a hearty sausage and cheese addition.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 350 gr.;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • yeast (pressed) – 1 tsp;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • sausage – 50 gr.;
  • butter (butter) – 20 gr.;
  • cheese – 60 gr.;
  • water – 100 ml.

The yeast should be soaked in water, stirred, and left to infuse for 10 minutes at room temperature. Next, add flour and knead a dough similar in consistency to sour cream, then beat in the egg, add sugar and pour in sour cream. After mixing thoroughly, add the butter and put the dough in a warm place for 1-2 hours – “rising”.

You can add finely chopped cheese and sausage to the finished mass, then scoop it up with a spoon and place it in heated oil to fry on both sides, lightly pressing each pancake with a spatula after turning it over.

Yeast-free pancakes with sausage

Yeast pancakes have only one drawback - they take a long time to prepare, since the dough will have to sit well and rise before cooking. For those who are in a hurry to feed their family with delicious food, the following original yeast-free recipe is better suited.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 50-100 gr.;
  • eggs – 5 pcs.;
  • sausage (hunting sausages) - 200 gr.;
  • cheese (hard varieties) – 200 gr.;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, spices, herbs - to taste.

Chop the sausage into small pieces, grate the cheese finely, and chop the herbs. In a separate container you need to beat the eggs, then add sausage with cheese, herbs and spices. After stirring with a fork, you should get a liquid dough that can be thickened with flour.

This mass should be scooped up with a tablespoon, and then placed in the form of a flat cake in a preheated frying pan over low heat. The pancakes should fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until they acquire an appetizing brownish crust.

Next, you need to add greens, cubes of ham and tomatoes to the mass, mix everything thoroughly and begin to place the dough cakes on a heated frying pan. The pancakes are fried on both sides until they become appetizingly golden brown.

Secret! Greens in pancakes with a sausage and cheese component will add notes of subtle taste and aroma to the finished dish. It is best to choose parsley, green onions, dill, and cilantro.

Garlic fritters: to die for

Almost every housewife knows how to fry pancakes, but not everyone knows how easy to prepare and excellent taste pancakes with garlic are. A dish with sausage and cheese, and even with garlic, is the best option for a hearty breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • sausage – 100 gr.;
  • cheese – 100 gr.;
  • flour – 600 gr.;
  • yeast (dry) – 11 g;
  • garlic – 4-5 cloves;
  • water – 350 ml;
  • salt – 20 gr.;
  • sugar – 20 gr.

First, make the dough: mix yeast, sugar and salt into warm water, gradually add flour, then thoroughly knead the not too thick mass. Next, the filling is added - finely chopped cubes of sausage and cheese.

The finished dough should stand for 1-2 hours, rise and increase in size. At the same time, you need to peel the garlic cloves and add hot water and let it brew for 15 minutes.

After resting, the dough can be cut and rolled out to a thickness of about 1 cm. Even circles are cut out of the layers using a glass and fried on both sides in well-heated oil. When the pancakes are ready, they should be soaked in garlic water.

Advice! Garlic-soaked pancakes with sausage and cheese can be eaten immediately, or they can be heated in the oven over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

With added zucchini

Delicious pancakes with cheese and sausage can be made not only from classic dough, but also from zucchini, and the neutral taste of the latter will become bright and memorable thanks to other components. Such a dish - nourishing and juicy - will bring a pleasant change to the series of ordinary breakfasts and dinners, because it certainly cannot be called ordinary.

How to cook pancakes with sausage using kefir

For the filling in this recipe I used 250 grams of boiled sausage without fat. I would like to note that even with smoked sausage, these pancakes do not lose in taste. So, decide for yourself which meat product filler to use.

Cut the sausage into long thin slices - “straws”.

To prepare the dough, you will need a 500 gram package of kefir. It is important that it is at room temperature.

Break 1 chicken egg into kefir, add 0.5 teaspoon of soda and salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 7 heaped tablespoons of flour.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

To avoid lumps, you can use a whisk to beat the eggs. The dough should not be stiff, but slightly runny.

Place sliced sausage into the prepared dough.

Mix everything again.

It's time to bake pancakes. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and carefully pour the dough with sausage onto it in portions. For such manipulation, it is better to take not an ordinary standard tablespoon, but one twice as large. Simply, pouring pancakes into a frying pan is more convenient with such a spoon.

Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Don’t forget to add a little vegetable oil to the pan with each subsequent addition (less than the first time).

Ready pancakes are served hot with sour cream or any other sauce.

Try making tender pancakes with sausage for breakfast and, I’m sure, your household will rightfully appreciate your efforts.

List of ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup
  • kefir - 1 glass
  • sausage - 200 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • soda - 1/3 teaspoon
  • salt - to taste

Cooking method

Salt the egg and beat lightly with a whisk. Mix kefir with soda.
My kefir “didn’t fizz” when adding soda, so I used a trick - poured in 1/2 tsp. vinegar. The result is in the photo. I barely had time to click the camera shutter before I ran away!

Pour it little by little into the egg mixture, stirring thoroughly with a whisk. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.

Add sifted flour into the kefir mixture in small portions, mixing thoroughly. The finished dough should have a consistency similar to thick sour cream.

Peel the sausage and cut into cubes. If desired, you can add finely chopped herbs to the dough for pancakes with sausage.

Place the chopped sausage into the dough and mix everything carefully.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place small dough balls onto the pan with a spoon. When the top has set, you can lay out the faces, as I did (from olives, capers, sprigs of herbs).

Turn the pancakes over and fry them until golden brown (on both sides).

Before serving, finished pancakes can be topped with sour cream.

Bon appetit!

P.S. The serving required 4 pieces for each person. Very rosy, tasty and aromatic pancakes!

Children, devouring both cheeks, associated them with “clouds” - hence the “theme”
