Okara Andrey Nikolaevich - a colorful character who is hard to miss. Every now and then he appears on television, easily changes channels and appears in a wide variety of programs. He was presented as an expert in the “Meeting Place” and “Time Will Tell” programs. But the main thing is that he clearly defends the “Ukrainian issue” and easily places emphasis on Ukrainian politics. Who is he? Where he was born? And why is his person often associated with various scandals? We will talk about it later in the article.

Okara Andrey Nikolaevich: current biography

Andrei Nikolaevich was born in the Russian city of Podolsk. Despite his place of birth, he cannot be called completely Russian. As the hero himself says, his family included ethnic Ukrainians, Irish and even Don Cossacks-Old Believers. The same information is confirmed by various sources telling about the author.

From childhood, the boy’s parents, who were Ukrainians, taught him the language, culture and peculiarities of customs characteristic of the inhabitants of Ukraine. That is why Andrei Nikolaevich Okara is considered one of the brightest Russian political scientists with a perfect command of the Ukrainian language.

Education and student years

Andrei Nikolaevich studied at a regular high school in the Moscow region. After graduation, he successfully passed the entrance exams and was enrolled in the first year of Moscow State University. Here he learned the basics and subtleties of law, and also engaged in self-education. During his studies, many people remember him for his extraordinary perseverance and enormous thirst for knowledge. Thanks to which Okara Andrey Nikolaevich graduated from the university with honors. And later he was invited to graduate school at the Institute of State and Law at the Russian Academy of Sciences. While studying in graduate school, our hero became interested in political issues. He was especially attracted by sociology, the theory of civilizations and geopolitics.

He then defended his doctoral dissertation on Russian conservatism of the 20th century. In it he managed to touch upon issues of politics, law and combine them with conservatism.

Publications in newspapers and online publications

In addition to his passion for politics, philosophy and law, Okara Andrei Nikolaevich seriously took up journalism. Despite the fact that he did not have a specialized education, Andrey managed to write over 100 different articles. Moreover, he published them not only in the Russian, but also in the Ukrainian and Belarusian press. The predominant topics are:

  • politics (Russian-Ukrainian, partially Belarusian relations);
  • social philosophy;
  • geopolitics and others (description of the “soft power” strategy, positioning of regions, state development).

Currently, our hero maintains his own blog and is also a regular expert for several Ukrainian and Russian online publications. For example, his publications can be found on the pages of the websites: “Politician-hall”, “Russian Archipelago”, “Censor.net” and others.

A few words about my pen attempts

In addition to articles, Andrei Nikolaevich also wrote several literary works. Despite the fact that they never became bestsellers, they are talked about, remembered and known. Among his most famous works, perhaps, the fantastic story “The Smell of a Dead Word”, the novel “Walking with Shevchenko”, “Oksanin’s Myth of Shevchenko” and “Notes of the Kyiv Doctor Faust” stand out.

All these books were written by Andrey Nikolaevich Okara. At that time, his family supported, encouraged and encouraged him in every possible way. Inspired by family care, the author himself was ready to continue writing. However, our hero’s writing career never worked out. His already small repertoire no longer expanded, since Andrei did not write further. He began to display his thoughts in articles, reviews and essays. And later he began to be invited to various political shows and programs.

Participation in shows and television programs

Thanks to his vast experience and knowledge, Andrei Nikolaevich often becomes the hero of various programs, mainly of a political nature. For example, on many shows he was a guest expert, well versed in the issues of the Ukrainian crisis.

According to his opponents, he always answers clearly, using facts and exclusively to the point. He is described as a political scientist who “intelligently” swears and argues with his opponents. Although his participation in the show often becomes scandalous and is even accompanied by a fight. What did you want?! A show is a show. This is exactly what Andrey Nikolaevich Okara himself thinks. The orientation of our hero, for example, has become one of these scandalous topics.

In particular, in one of the programs touching on the rights of sexual minorities, Andrei Nikolaevich, who fiercely defended representatives of same-sex love, was accused of being gay. And this despite the fact that they say that he has a wife and children. Okara Andrei Nikolaevich that day was outraged by unflattering words addressed to him, for which he slapped his offender. And let’s be honest, the hero himself sometimes ends up in nuts...

Assault during a live broadcast

During the live broadcast of “Special Correspondent” on November 21, 2014, Andrei Okara will receive a slap in the face from Konstantin Dolgov. According to the participants in the incident, passions ran high after our hero intervened in the story of the native Ukrainian Dolgov about the state of affairs in Donbass. As a result, when the opinion of Konstantin’s opponent did not coincide with Okara’s conclusions, an unplanned embarrassment occurred, and during a live broadcast.

Several myths and scandals around personal life

In addition to his political opinion, our hero was repeatedly criticized for certain views and support for national minorities. As we said above, the political scientist supported representatives of the LGBT community and argued that they also have their rights.

Because of this support, Andrei Okara's personal life regularly suffered. His biography, although it does not contain facts confirming the author’s unconventional orientation, was regularly discussed by his ill-wishers.

Andrey is often compared to media star and critic Sergei Sosedov, with whom he has a certain visual resemblance. The voice of Andrei Okara was also attacked as being too “unmasculine”, according to envious people. Our hero may have a wife. But nothing is known about her. The same applies to children. How many are there, what gender are they, and does he even have them? Andrei himself refrains from making any comments about the family.

Friend or foe: misunderstanding on the part of fellow soldiers

As we have already said, Andrey regularly discusses the political situation in Ukraine and Russia. Despite his obvious “pro-Ukrainian” position, our hero is not very loved in the country of his ancestors. It is not known what the representatives of the Ukrainian security service did not like, but on April 18, 2015, the political scientist was shamefully deported to his homeland. Now no one is letting him back.

Attempts to change political status

Despite all his love for politics, Andrei never managed to get into the State Duma. He ran there during the 2003 elections. But he never made it through the selection process.

Political correctness and integrity

With his vast experience, knowledge and influence, Okara regularly emerges as a leading expert in the fields of politics and philosophy. According to the stories of his numerous opponents, our hero is very politically correct in relation to people who do not support his point of view. Firstly, he does not force it on anyone. Secondly, he respects the opinions of others. And finally, he never “drowns” his opponents deliberately and for money. In his opinion, this is tactless and wrong. Moreover, our hero is very disrespectful of “black PR” and does not like to assert himself by humiliating other people.

Attitude to religion and Ukrainian culture

Having a positive attitude towards Ukrainian culture, Okara could not help but highlight the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. For this reason, he even gave a lecture on the topic “The Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate): between exarchate and autocephaly.”

In his report, the author raised the issue of the existing, in his opinion, Ukrainian church problem. He believed that it was incredibly important for the entire Russian Orthodoxy and required careful consideration within the framework of church-political consciousness.

However, the author and candidate of legal sciences failed to draw attention to the religious issue. After the lecture, no one even asked clarifying questions. Andrey explained the lack of interest in his report by the fact that, in addition to the stated topic, he managed to touch on much more prosaic and global topics. And their consideration requires separate time and new reports with an emphasis on specifics and facts.

It’s hard not to notice this character, even if you’re not a fan of the political talk shows that proliferate on Russian television. “Time will tell”, “Meeting place” - this is not a complete list of programs where Andrei Okara appeared. At first, you begin to mistake him for a citizen of Ukraine, so zealously does he “drown” for the new Maidan government. In fact, he is a citizen of Russia, but by origin he is an ethnic Ukrainian, so his position can be explained by this fact. The man is quite interesting, educated, you just need to list his titles, positions and regalia:

  • political philosopher (as well as expert, political scientist, political strategist, political commentator, etc., etc.);
  • Head of the Center for East European Studies;
  • Candidate of Legal Sciences;
  • Associate Professor at the Presidential Academy in Moscow;
  • journalist and publicist...

And that is not all!

Who are you, Andrey Okara

The young man was born in January 1959 in Podolsk near Moscow into a Ukrainian family. He speaks the language of his ancestors perfectly. After school, he successfully entered the Law Faculty of Moscow State University, graduated with honors, and then accepted an offer to study at the graduate school of the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Later he defended his dissertation on the legal ideas of Russian conservatism of the last century. Author of over a hundred articles in the Ukrainian press and several works of fiction, in particular, a fantastic story called “The Smell of a Dead Word”, the novels “Notes of the Kyiv Doctor Faust”, “Walks with Shevchenko”.

While still a graduate student, he became interested in politics, became one of the first Soviets of political scientists and social philosophers in the country, and was keenly interested in geopolitics and the theory of civilizations. I accepted with delight the changes that shook Russia in the 90s. A great connoisseur of liberal ideas. Despite numerous proposals to “politically kill” this or that contemporary figure, he has never engaged in “black PR.”

He ran for the State Duma in the 2003 elections, but did not make it. In recent years, he has been a regular on talk shows, where he constantly argues and intelligently “quarrels” with patriotic opponents. Despite his pro-Ukrainian point of view, in April 2015 Andrei was deported from Square. Vigilant Little Russian proofreaders apparently saw something illegal in his numerous articles...

As the political scientist says about himself, he is not an opponent, but not a supporter of Putin either. Okara is outraged by the inappropriate actions and short-sighted policies of the Russian elite regarding the future of their country.

Okara thinks so

Andrey is sure that:

  • in Ukraine there are many politicians, but there are catastrophically few statesmen, while there is hope that a politician will come who will eventually become a worthy statesman;
  • Ukrainian Russian is not “great and powerful”, but a wretched argot of the southeast, however, it is the Russian language that is the bearer of the values of the new world order;
  • Russia is Ukraine's historical enemy;
  • Putin is a hostage to the situation with Crimea. He may want to take everything back, but he won’t be able to do it beautifully;
  • the Americans specifically gave Moscow the opportunity to annex the Crimean peninsula in order to then impose sanctions against Russia to the fullest and suppress it;
  • foreigners in the government of Ukraine are normal, because this reduces the level of corruption in the country;
  • normalization of Ukrainian-Russian relations is possible, but not in this lifetime;
  • the Russian economy is facing a systemic crisis due to low energy prices;
  • indeed, Ukraine’s policy towards Crimea and Donbass since 1991 has been disgusting. At the same time, the Donetsk mafia also prevented Kyiv from pursuing an alternative policy in the southeast. Now the issues of two state languages and federalization of the country are automatically removed from the agenda;
  • the behavior of Ukrainian nationalists is not much different from the behavior of Russian ones;
  • There are now only two real politicians in Russia - Putin and Kadyrov. All the rest are either clowns or propagandists.

Here he is, this interesting guy named Andrei Okara. So far, liberals like him are in the minority on 1/6 of the landmass, but who knows how their compatriots will treat them after some time. After all, in our country you can’t renounce anything...

Solaris & Russia
(lumpen power)
In the early 60s. Stanislaw Lem's novel Solaris was published in Poland. Literary scholars are still arguing about what the author wanted to say with this work? It is possible to “decipher” a fantastic plot about a strange planet (Solaris), which was enveloped by intelligent protoplasm, killing or driving people to suicide, knowing everything about every person, “pulling” out of the dark human subconscious the abnormal animal drives hidden in its recesses and materializing them.
1. If you rearrange the letters in the name of Lemov’s planet Solaris, you get the word L’Rossia. 2. In this context, the riddle that Lemovists have been “fighting” for half a century is easily “unraveled”: Why is the (dead) planet Solaris in Stanislaw Lem’s story, contrary to the laws of grammar of the Polish language, feminine? Answer: Because Russia is feminine. The shadow power of the police, security officers, and special officers in Russia over the past decades has strengthened and become corrupted (literally and figuratively) - Every day, dozens of strange police patrols leave the gates of a separate battalion of the patrol service of the Vladivostok Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs. This police unit is the center of the homosexual community of Vladivostok law enforcement officers. Contrary to the law, quasi-married homosexual couples, carefully formed by the battalion commander S.Yu. Anisimov. from morning to evening they are engaged in promoting non-traditional homosexual relationships among minors in Vladivostok. As the famous song about childhood says: “we were wasted in the courtyards.” Courtyards, streets, squares are the domain of children, where they traditionally spend their free time. An attempt to stop the “victorious march of armed anomalies” could end badly. According to the law, demonstration of non-traditional relationships by minors should be punishable by a fine for both individuals and organizations. In practice, my attempt to prevent two geeks in police uniforms (A.S. Sedykh and A.S. Mazurova) from making love on the playground ended disastrously for me. It turned out that, having stood up for the law, I myself violated the law by “swearing obscenely,” about which a protocol was drawn up, on the basis of which I was fined 500 rubles. Conduct a medical and psychiatric examination to clarify the gay intimate relationships of Sedykh A.S. and Mazurova A.S. The “competent authorities” flatly refused.
Two abnormal policemen received an “indulgence” for past “pedal” sins and permission to corrupt the children of Vladivostok in the future. Why is it dangerous to encourage this particular “sweet couple”? Sedykh A.S. - an active pederast in this gay tandem, and also a degenerate. This is not an insult, but a medical statement of the disease. (60% of pederasts have concomitant psychiatric diseases). Degenerates have no moral imperatives. Their behavior is determined by current experience. Simply put, the gay games left unpunished by policeman Sedykh A.S. on the playground, will allow him to move on to more serious crimes - rape of a child. (With a population share of 4%, homosexuals commit 36% of acts of pedophilia. - K. Freund “Pedophilia and Heterosexuality vs. Homosexuality” “Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy”, No. 10, 1984; P.193-200). North American Indians (before the arrival of Europeans) lived in one place for several years. After they polluted the surrounding territory, making it uninhabitable, the tribe moved from the place and moved to another area. Living for today is the law of primitive communities (tribe, pack). The security forces, as a type of primitive communities, will behave in the same way, “polluting” their “habitat,” which for them is the population of Russia. As a result, more developed peoples surrounding Russia (Europeans, Turks, Mongols, Chinese, etc.) will come to the territory with a small population, which has weakened immunity and a growing percentage of homosexuals, who will join the tribe of law enforcement officers, and at the same time with all the indigenous the population (Russians) will do the same as the Europeans did with the North American Indians - they will drive them into reservations. This will be the natural ending of the coming police rule in Russia.
