Recently there was strange news about a secret US government project to analyze the alleged extraterrestrial presence on Earth. This is a question of great surprise, with an unexpected return to the old story known as the "Roswell incident" (the crashed alien spaceship). And also to the secret “Serpo project”, without which the story will not be fully revealed.
It turns out that the alien spacecraft that crashed in 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico was only part of a larger puzzle. According to anonymous sources, the Americans discovered an alien ship that crashed about 150 million years ago, back in the era of dinosaurs!

Other information reported by these sources noted that the US government maintains records collected by US officials and a race of aliens citing visits to Earth in ancient times. In some ways, Project Serpo and the Roswell incident are parts of the same alien-related program.
The most recent news report from anonymous sources through Martinez states that it was "a far-reaching affair that took place in 1968."Sources also said, “The subject of interest is an alien spacecraft that crashed about 150 million years ago, according to the findings of the archaeological team.
Surprisingly, this does not contradict other suggestions that if aliens have been visiting Earth in recent decades, they may have visited the planet in the distant past.
ALIEN SPACESHIP.
On behalf of the unknown, Martinez reports: “Our scientists used the decay method of radioactive isotopes to date the object. Sedimentary rock formations and the fact that the object was "grown" into the rock were used to estimate the age of the unknown ship.

"Eben" is the name said to have been given to the alien civilization that visited Earth from the Zeta Reticuli star system and crashed into Roswell. However, the discovered ship does not belong to aliens from the planet Serpo.
Anonymous sources added: “... no one could say where it came from, the Ebens also did not know who it was. The alien bodies were too decomposed to be examined thoroughly. They were about 5 feet (1.52 meters) tall and had very large, bulbous heads."
“As far as I know, Operation [redacted] is still a working project. I personally worked on the operation in the early 70s,” Martinez comments on the overly improbable events.
The instruments removed from the ship consisted of small crystal-like devices connected together by fiber optic cable, a technology later mastered by our specialists. The power plant contained a large chamber with what we called "rocks", apparently carriers of some form of energy.Spacious ventilation ducts located around the propulsion system blew air over the "rocks", presumably forming a power source allowing access to rapid space travel.
At the same time, the ship had no nozzles at all, or anything resembling them. Only the same large channels, located in a circle at the bottom of the apparatus at six points and covered with a separator-type grille.
Among other things, several unknown materials and alloys were discovered that we still cannot identify. The "stones" have probably lost all their energy over the years. They were not radioactive and did not emit radiation known to us. Overall, these are well-finished and granite-like bars that do not contain any exotic properties.
We were unable to locate or understand the actual power system and therefore were unable to operate any equipment contained on the ship. However, we found a "star map" - at least that's how we interpreted the discovered diagram.
Lyran Beam Ships
In 1977, a new ship of unusual design landed on the road leading to Billy Meier's house, and Meyer went out to examine it.
He saw a disc-shaped ship with a high dome on top. The ship hung about a meter above the ground, as if supported by a very uniform beam of white light. The bottom of this disc-shaped craft was bright, dull silver, and rotated slowly counterclockwise. The edge of the disk, sixty centimeters thick, seemed to consist of a myriad of small plates, arranged edge-out, vertically; they moved from right to left and back in a ninety-degree arc in a certain rhythm.
The convex “base” of the ship had a diameter of 3 meters and protruded about twenty centimeters under the lower surface of the disk. A white luminous pillar shot vertically down from it, which seemed to support the ship in the air.
Meyer saw within the bright beam of light a descending staircase with five steps that descended from the bottom of the ship to the ground.
Looking again at the edge of the disk, he noticed that it was slowly turning, the plates were moving back and forth and there was a rainbow glow around them.
The disk was about 7m in diameter and in the thickest central part had a height of about 1.5m. The lower surface of the disk was slightly more convex than the upper.
At the top there was something like a dome with a diameter 2.5m with smooth vertical walls containing eight convex semicircular “windows”. The entire structure was crowned by a fixed ring with a cross-section 70 cm. Its diameter was 3m, like the lower “base”. This part of the ship was engulfed in an orange glow, and bright yellow light poured from the “windows.”
The top of the dome was covered on top with what looked like dark colored glass. In any case, the material looked like glass and its surface seemed to be polished, but not reflective of anything.
There were three creatures on board the ship, one of which called itself Menara (it was “she”). Menara reported that they flew from space, from that part of it that is located near the constellation Lyra. She said that the population of her home planet is 14 billion and that the planet is part of some kind of confederation of planets. Menara also reported that her fellow tribesmen work closely in certain areas with the DAL civilization and the Pleiadians and that these civilizations know about the activities of our guest on Earth. Menara's companion introduced herself as Alena. Both aliens differed from earthlings in their darker skin color and elongated, graceful body proportions. In general, more than one race lives on the planet of these Lyrans.
Menara said that her spaceship could travel not only in space, but also in time, and concluded with a mind-blowing statement that her ship was built 300 years ago relative to our earthly time and now 250 years since used.
Apparently, there is an ascending order of technological progress there. For example, the Pleiadians say that their technology is approximately 3000 years ahead of ours, and DAL representatives are still about years ahead of them 350 and, with the rights of a more highly developed civilization, they help the Pleiadians. We are now dealing with one of the Lyran races, who seem to be a good few millennia ahead of the DAL; they assist both the DAL and the Pleiadians in certain areas of activity. Perhaps this will give us the opportunity to make some assumptions as to what kind of guidance the Pleiadians are offering us.
Contacts with these aliens from the Lyra constellation continue, and cases of their ships landing have become more frequent: just remember one of the landings in deep snow (the thickness of the snow cover reached 12 cm), after which characteristic round traces of the temperature impact remained - the snow and ice were melted down to the ground.
Once, in a conversation on a completely different topic, Billy by the way mentioned vegans - aliens arriving here from the Vega star system. As a result of further research, information was obtained that the technological level of the Vega civilization is only 250 years ahead of the level of progress of the Pleiadians and that the inhabitants of Vega are in contact with DAL - in fact, DAL helps them in the same way as the Pleiadians. And the Pleiadians, and the DAL, and the inhabitants of Vega, and the Lyrans - they all belong to the same stream of life as we do! There are, of course, others, but Meyer knows nothing about them, and these aliens did not report anything about other life forms.
The creature, which called itself Alena, returned one day on its own ship; Moreover, Alena telepathically warned Meyer about the arrival in advance. She arrived on a different type of ship - one Meyer had never seen before. Alena explained that she, like her other fellow tribesmen, arrived on Earth from a planet in the Vega system, which from our earthly point of view is part of the Lyra constellation.
The skin of the Vegans is even darker than that of the Lyrans, and in appearance they resemble Hottentots, except that their cheekbones are higher, and their face shape is close to triangular.
As explained to Meyer, the Vegans actually once descended from the Lyran race - just like the inhabitants of the Pleiades and us. Their “ancestry” is somewhat older than that of the Pleiadians.
Vegans fly to our Earth in spaceships that resemble an eight-meter sphere. Their ships land, or rather soar, at heights 40-50 cm above the ground, supported by a coherent* beam of plasma energy.
The plasma flow from the ship's nozzle proceeds vertically downward only at a distance 10-30 centimeters, and then wraps up, forming something like a ring coil. The plasma flow looks like a clearly defined cylindrical veil of blue-white flame, radiating downward in a ring. The stream expires continuously.
Meyer says the plasma beam appears as if it is bursting through an extremely dense sieve of very heavy metal located at the bottom of the sphere. Above the ship rises an elongated dome, made of transparent material and consisting of many wedge-shaped ribs; sometimes the dome is a single piece of material with transparent ribs that rise vertically to the top and connect there. At the base, the dome is surrounded by a smooth, polished silver ring, the surface of which is shimmering with stainless steel. From this ring to the top of the ship there is a kind of outer covering that resembles a finely corrugated film.
The lower part of the ship, from the nozzle to the side surface, is well polished and looks like stainless steel. The convex ribs do not connect at one point, but fit into a small hole closed by a rounded plate with a finely ribbed surface of a very unusual shape. It is not rounded like the other edges of the disk, but has four lobes, or sectors, when viewed from above. This grooved plate rotates rapidly counterclockwise between the ribs of the housing. At the same time, she spreads an orange glow around herself.
It is still not entirely clear how DAL fits into this relationship. Representatives of this race are quite attractive and have Caucasian features; they are so similar to the inhabitants of northern European countries that in ordinary clothes on our streets it would be easy for them to blend into the crowd. They arrive on disc-shaped ships, but their ship is thinner and such a spaceship lands directly on the ground - it has a flat bottom. On the bottom there are 3 luminous rings of bright color and 2 of dark color. There is a dark dot in the center of the colored rings. The meaning of these signs is still unknown. (Meyer managed to photograph the DAL ship. This happened in India on July 3, 1964 in 16:00 - then the DAL spacecraft flew over the Ashoka Temple on Gurgoan Road in Mehrauli, near New Delhi.)
Above the disc is a lighter metal ring, then a darker ring; above there is another light metal part that goes into the central dome.
Aliens from DAL can directly breathe our air, so they do not need protective helmets when disembarking from the ship. You can exit the DAL ship through the top of the dome, which hinges on a kind of “hinge.” Meyer was allowed to inspect the ship's control room and discovered that it was designed for three pilots. Meyer had previously photographed a similar ship. That ship was also eight meters in diameter.
All this was somewhat unusual for perception, so the Pleiadians offered a brief historical excursion so that we could understand everything better. So, judging by the explanations given, the true ancestors of our branch of our evolutionary stream of life were the Lyrans.
The civilization of the Lyra constellation reached a high level of technical development many millennia ago; At the same time, the Lyrans began their space travel. They were freedom-loving creatures, masters of their own destiny. However, at some point in their history, disagreements began between the Lyrans. The once united race has split into factions, each with its own ideologies, goals and intentions. Soon the confrontation escalated into a war, which practically destroyed social foundations, and even the native system itself. Those who foresaw the imminent end of everything quickly left their homes and found a new home in the star clusters that we call the Pleiades and Hyades. Some of the Lyrans concentrated in the Vega system.
After several thousand years, the colonies regained a high technological level and the ability to travel in outer space. During their travels, some Pleiadians of Lyran origin “came across” Earth, where at that time life was emerging in a completely favorable atmosphere. The visitors remained, settling in Lemuria and Atlantis. Some of the colonists even mixed with the people of Earth, and their descendants became earthlings.
The rest, continuing to live separately and without coming into contact with the local population, soon achieved significant technological progress: they invented and built many wonderful machines and mechanisms, and surrounded themselves with comfort and all kinds of benefits.
And again disagreements began between them. Society was divided into two opposing camps, each of which had excellent technological knowledge. Gradually, the conflict escalated into a destructive war, the consequences of which were catastrophic. Everyone who could tried to quickly get away from here to other parts of space and start a new life there. Some of the former colonists occasionally visit Earth.
Quite a long time passed before a new wave of Pleiadians decided to visit Earth to check how the descendants of their ancestors who survived that war live. The aliens found survivors, mixed with them again and helped humanity take possession of their own wealth, and at the same time develop new technologies. The second community became the late Atlantean state, whose inhabitants developed science to such an extent that they learned to travel by air and under water. However, over time, this civilization was destroyed as a result of the ground war that broke out on our planet.
Modern Pleiadians are the descendants of a peaceful group that settled in the star system that earthly astronomers call the Pleiades, and the Vegans who visit Earth today trace their roots back to a similarly peaceful colony that settled in the Vega system.
Having long outgrown the period of conflicts and civil strife, the descendants of the Lyrans are now keenly interested in our well-being. They feel a special responsibility for the earthlings, since we remind them of their own former militant intransigence. During the conflicting periods of history, the Lyrans lost a lot, several times they almost completely destroyed each other, and in almost every war significant technological advances were lost. They reportedly even founded a colony on another hospitable planet in our solar system, the fifth from the Sun, which was subsequently destroyed as a result of a terrible nuclear war that got out of control. That is why our space guests are so concerned about ways to use the knowledge available to earthlings today in the nuclear field. Some assistance to these current Lyrans is now being provided by their “cousins” who live in the Pleiades, the Vega system and some other star systems.
As we see, despite their much more venerable evolutionary age, the Lyrans are only slightly ahead of other civilizations in some technological aspects, while in others they are behind and even receive help and support from their space brethren. This is why at certain periods so many humanoid aliens appear on Earth. Some aliens are indeed evolutionarily related and most likely come from the same source. Now the aliens are closely monitoring our newly developing technologies; they come here to not only watch us, but also to help us - if we want it.
The Lyran races began evacuating their home planet over 22 million years ago. They set off in several waves, emigrating to various constellations. The Lyrans believe that the First Cause of everything is the Universe itself, and not some Creator who created this universe. They view the universe as Universal knowledge. Universal wisdom. Universal Spirit. They told Meyer that they knew of billions of different life forms.
In addition, the aliens informed him that human society on Earth, at a very early stage of its development, was copied from the society of the first Lyrans who visited this planet. Arriving on Earth, the Lyrans observed the physical life forms in Hyperborea - the first continent, which at that time was the only land mass. This was even before the beginning of the physical evolution of man as a biological species. Then the descendants of those Lyrans came here again to help create human societies of later eras; They also gave names to Lemuria and Atlantis.
At that time, intelligent beings from another star system also visited Earth. Their names were bovvie. Bovvies were a very tall race - from two and a half to three meters tall. However, there were even larger aliens: for example, once aliens seven to eight meters tall appeared on Earth! Their feet were as long as 90 before 93 centimeters, and fossilized footprints of their feet probably still exist somewhere.
On the territory of what is now Easter Island lived a very special race of amazing giants - on average their height was ten to eleven meters. These goliaths were not a purely physical life form. The entire history of Hyperborea, Agartha, Mukulia and Atlantis is entirely described by the Pleiadians.
During prolonged contact, Meyer was shown another planet with its own atmosphere, on which life was at an early stage of development. He saw there creatures resembling dinosaurs, a squat primitive man dressed in skins, and tall, narrow pyramids that were visible through a very thick golden fog of the atmosphere. Meyer learned that this planet is approximately 770 light years from Earth.
According to the testimony of the Pleiadians, some of the Lyrans, expelled from their native system as rebels, subsequently settled in the Pleiades and Hyades. Later they flew to Earth and mixed with the earth's race. Earthlings lived on pieces of land that were the remains of an older single continent, which today is called Hyperborea.
Here on Earth, aliens from outer space created and developed a civilization that possessed advanced technologies. Then an internecine war arose among the colonists. A group of Lyrans left their fighting brothers and went to the planet Erra in the Pleiades cluster. Others flew to the fifth planet of our solar system. This planet had its own atmosphere. The Lyrans gave her the name "Malona". They settled on it and gradually mixed with the humanoid race that lived there at that time.
The descendants of the Lyrans who settled on Earth and Malona were a very warlike race, so that even when they were divided among the planets, they took with them warlike thoughts and inclinations. The Malonians eventually destroyed themselves and their planet in a horrific nuclear cataclysm. Will we follow their example?
The Lyrans, who survived the wars on Earth, left this planet for many millennia. One of the subsequent generations returned here, but quarrels began again between them and they flew away again. This happened again, and now the descendants of those Lyrans are again on Earth.
During this time, the Lyrian “rebels” have reached the highest level of spiritual development and no longer allow themselves conflicts and wars. The current diversity of races on Earth owes to their ancestors.
So, as you see, we, earthlings, and Pleiadians, and the inhabitants of Vega, and some other humanoids arriving here from the Hyades - we are all, in a certain sense, children of the Lyran civilization. We are all united by a common heritage. And the current guests from the constellation Lyra, possessing a higher spirituality, are trying to change something in the legacy left to us by not so highly developed spiritually cosmic ancestors.
Spiritual imperfection led these Lyran ancestors to the loss of many technological knowledge and advantages, so now the Pleiadians are helping them once again take the path of technological perfection that they once walked on their own. Another descendants of the ancient civilization of Lyra - the Vegans - also assist the Lyrans in acquiring forgotten ancient knowledge and learning some new ones. Receiving significant assistance from the DAL civilization, the Pleiadians share some new knowledge with the Lyrans, who, in turn, do not remain in their debt.
Despite the fact that by our standards the Pleiadians are distinguished by excellent health, our earthly atmosphere has a bad effect on them. Here they have to stay in spacesuits because prolonged inhalation of our air makes them sick. Although the atmosphere of their home planet is in many ways similar to ours, there are much fewer pollutants there. The Pleiadians themselves say that after the sterile clean conditions in the spacecraft, they experience difficulties when they find themselves in the atmosphere of their homeland, although these difficulties are not as serious as after being on Earth.
The hands of the Pleiadians are very similar to ours, except that they are more graceful and flexible, and the skin on the hands of the Pleiadians is thinner.
Each Pleiadian has his own small garden, which he cultivates independently: this is how they maintain contact with the Universe. All residents work in factories for two hours a day, mostly their work involves monitoring machines and robots. All Pleiadians are quite educated in a variety of sciences.
Residents of the Pleiades attend school up to the age of seventy, and after ten years of schooling their educational level reaches the level of a twenty-five-year-old earthling who has graduated from college. Each Pleiadian is required to thoroughly study from twelve to twenty professions.
They do not marry until at least seventy years of age, despite the fact that they reach physical maturity already by the age of seventy. 15-20 years. The average age of those starting a family is about one hundred and ten years, and before receiving permission to marry, each of the partners undergoes the most serious test of mental and physical condition. Life on Erra is peaceful and harmonious, each of its inhabitants strives to do everything possible for the common good.
If we managed to fly to Erra, the home planet of the Pleiadians, we would hardly see much there, because there life itself, civilization and its fruits exist in a somewhat different space-time from ours. Some timeline changes alter the vibrational state of the Pleiadians. In order to contact us, they are forced to somewhat “adjust” the frequency of their vibrations and the passage of time, so that if we want to communicate with them in their usual conditions, we will have to do the same.
The Pleiadians say that in order to improve their consciousness, each person must fulfill his direct responsibility - to help others. In order for the Universe to grow and develop, it needs every particle of life - that’s why every grain of living matter must help its fellows.
Meyer asked why all this intense activity is concentrated in only one part of the world? He was told that Switzerland is far from the only corner of the Earth where this happens. The Pleiadians even told Meyer that they had other ground stations on our planet: one in the United States and another in the East.
From a conversation about the Pleiadian ground station in the Alpine Mountains (now headed by Ketzel, one of Meyer's frequent contacts), I learned that this station has been operating for 70 years! It is located in a narrow valley between two high mountain peaks; there are no roads to that area, so it is almost impossible to get to it from the surface of the Earth. Moreover, the station is reliably protected and indistinguishable from the air.
During the conversation about all sorts of designs and devices of the Pleiadians, I was tempted to find out more about the huge mother ship hanging in near-solar orbit, but I was reminded that it was not worth purposefully asking for information - there would not be enough contact time to discuss all the issues . And indeed, our conversation about the mother ship lasted for a good half day, and we barely got to the point.
Here's what it looks like in general terms: it's not just a sphere with a diameter 10,5 miles*, which hangs in the void of space, and a whole structure consisting of the mentioned sphere, 3 smaller spheres (“only” a few miles in diameter), connected to the main one at an angle of 120° relative to each other and located slightly below the main sphere, and also a small control compartment connected to the main sphere by a huge “cable”, the length of which can reach 3-4 miles and even more. If the entire structure is inscribed in a circle, its diameter will be almost 35 miles! Moreover, the entire ship was built and assembled directly in space and does not depend on any planetary base.
In three areas of smaller diameter there are production facilities, factories, repair shops, food production and processing centers. This entire arsenal entirely serves the needs of the colony. The large central sphere contains living quarters, parks, recreation and recuperation centers, and hangars for spaceships. The control compartment contains devices for centralized control of the ship and means of communication with all departments.
And yet, our “cousins” along the line of human evolution are not the only observers of life on Earth. There are many more. We worked for over two years to study another UFO visit that occurred in July 1967. This was one of the periods of greatest UFO activity in modern human history (and by the way, it is not over yet).
Then aliens came to us from a planet located at a distance of almost 10 light years from Earth. The aliens call this planet with an atmosphere Iarga .
The mass and diameter of Iarga are greater than those of the Earth, and the acceleration of free fall there, accordingly, is also greater. The atmosphere is denser than ours. The aliens reported that if an earthly man were caught in the rain on Iarge, he would be “shot to death” by the drops.
The period of revolution around its own axis on this planet is longer than on Earth, so days and nights there last longer than ours; however, some nights are “white” for them. Due to a denser atmosphere, which differs in composition from the earth's, Iarga does not experience bright sunlight, and its inhabitants never see either stars or moons. In the thickness of the atmosphere, the green color spectrum predominates.
The creatures there are somewhat larger than humans and differ from him in their structure. First of all, they look stronger, stockier. The alien spaceship, its equipment and the furnishings inside indicate a high level of technological development of the Iargians.
Another contact, which has been going on since October 1969, involves intelligent life forms that came from yet another atmospheric planet. It orbits its sun in a system about 20 light-years away from a star that Earth astronomers call Epsilon Eridani. It seems that the indicated star in our star atlases is called 82 Eridani. This type of star G5 similar to our Sun, which, according to the spectral composition of its radiation, belongs to the class C0 and is located 20 light years from the specified star.
These new aliens are larger, standing 7-7.5 feet tall*. Their bodies are covered with wrinkled skin, and their long arms end in three thick fingers. The abundance of folds and keratinization on the skin makes it look like a crocodile. Their faces are very unusual, with a large mouth and huge ears. The new guests, like the creatures from Iargi, have highly advanced technological knowledge.
A little later we started another contact. This time they were small hairless creatures with white skin, large dome-shaped heads, large eyes and small facial features. The aliens were quite short - about 4 feet - and of a fragile build (they are usually called “gray”).
The Grays have wonderful ships, with many amazing instruments on board, but the aliens themselves in some respects do not seem particularly highly developed. It seems that they have not so much a highly developed technology as a different one, since it is possible that in two or three hundred years earthlings will be able to create something similar.
The Grays claim that they come from a double star system whose components we call the Zeta 1 and Zeta 2 constellations of the Reticulum. For several decades now, they have been flying to Earth, studying our planet and the creatures that inhabit it. They say that their large eyes are very sensitive to light and therefore they tend to land on the surface of the Earth at night.
We have just begun research into another series of regular contacts that are occurring near our home in Arizona and have been going on for several years. During these contacts, evidence of incredibly advanced technology invariably emerges. It seems to us that if we could establish similar facts and obtain a little funding for proper research, it would turn out that such contacts occur in all countries of the world.
In fact, we are experiencing a real large-scale invasion by representatives of alien intelligence. For the most part, they do not show hostility towards earthlings, but nevertheless we must remember the possible impact of such visits on the life and future of humanity.
All these beings (both the Pleiadians and most of the already mentioned humanoid alien races) live and act under the auspices of Confederation of Planets our space sector; activities Confederation is led by the Supreme Council, which meets in Andromeda.
Members of the Supreme Council are non-physical beings who exist in a different energetic form. The inhabitants of the constellation Cygnus, information about which we received on our last research journey, are also under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Council; however, the Swan civilization (and some others) belong to a different branch of evolution.
I asked Meyer if he could tell me anything about the strange alien he encountered in the forest near his home. Then during contact the alien said: “Murrgh! Mu-u-rrrrg!”.
This time Meyer gave me a little more detail. The contact took place quite close to home. The creature was dressed in some kind of spacesuit; he had large, bulging eyes and a wide, tightly compressed mouth. There was no hair on the head, and the skin was dark and shiny, as if it had been smeared with oil. The creature slowly approached Meyer with its arms outstretched, as if wanting to show that it had no weapon to attack. Stopping in front of Meyer, the alien looked at him intently for several seconds, then said a few words, waited a few more seconds, then turned around and disappeared into the darkness of the night.
Shortly after this, Meyer asked Samjays (one of his Pleiadian contactees) a question about this being; she was amazed and promised to find out what was what.
