  • Prunes – 100 g
  • Korean carrots – 400 g
  • Walnuts -40 g

1. First of all, wash all the vegetables and herbs well. Now cut the cucumbers and tomatoes in any way convenient for you, for example like this, as shown in this picture:


2. It’s best to grate the cheese, although if you cut it into cubes or small strips, it won’t be bad either. Cut the bell pepper into strips; don’t forget to remove the seeds. Chop the onion into half rings.


3. Add boiled chicken meat, cut into cubes. Sprinkle with herbs, season with mayonnaise, and salt to taste. Have a pleasant and juicy aroma!

Important! You can season with vegetable oil with a drop of lemon juice for acidity. And to add originality, you can use homemade or store-bought crackers.


Interesting salad with Korean carrots and bell peppers

For true gourmets of spice, I suggest this option with Korean carrots. In principle, all the ingredients in it can be taken by eye; you don’t have to adhere to specific correct proportions.

We will need:

  • chicken fillet - 400 g
  • Bulgarian pepper- 2 pcs
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • carrots in Korean— 400 g

Cooking method:

1. I already had ready-made Korean carrots; you can make these yourself or buy them in the store. So, put it in a bowl, then place the boiled chicken meat, you will need to tear it into pieces with your hands.



3. Season with mayonnaise, you can add a little salt, although Korean carrots are already spicy and have a salty taste. Eat cold. Bon appetit!


Well, if you want to surprise your guests, then use the same ingredients to make a hedgehog like this))) the only thing is, add grated cheese to the rest of the products, make eyes from olives.


Chicken salad with canned beans

We will need:

  • Chicken breast - 300 g.
  • Canned mushrooms – 150 g.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Walnuts - 25 g.
  • Canned beans - 1 bank
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 50 g.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt

Cooking method:

1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender. Cool, cut into cubes.

2. Cut the onion into rings and sauté in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. Add chopped canned mushrooms and fry all the ingredients a little more, stirring. Fried mushrooms and onions will add uniqueness to this dish.

3. Crush the walnuts as finely as possible; you can spin them in a blender.

4. Remove the canned beans from the jar, remove all liquid and brine. Pass the garlic through a press.

4. Now mix all the received ingredients in a deep bowl. Add mayonnaise and salt, you can also add pepper and curry seasoning for a unique taste.


5. Now take a special form and place the resulting salad in it.

Important! If you don’t have a mold, you can take a regular plastic bottle and cut it.

A very unexpected economy option with chicken and grapes, it will give you notes and memories of summer. It is best to take seedless grapes, it is best to take smoked chicken, or in extreme cases, you can boil it.

  • Chicken fillet – 600 g

  • Hard cheese - 300 g
  • Walnuts – 300 g
